What do you like best about AlphaTrust PRONTOSign™?

AlphaTrust PRONTOSign lacks flexibility in web forms and reporting options. Its frustrating that it doesnt work on devices. Another annoying thing is that they dont have plans to make improvements. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about AlphaTrust PRONTOSign™?

The AlphaTrust solution provides a very quick and easy way to offer eSignature to improve our client experience and shorten our sales cycle. AlphaTrust doesn't force it's branding on the transaction; in fact, our clients don't even know we are using the AlphaTrust solution - it is branded like our company products. We've been able to quickly build standalone solutions without requiring any IT resources. They have a robust API which our IT resources have been able to use to easily integrate to our internal systems. The system is extremely reliable and works across the globe. What do you dislike about AlphaTrust PRONTOSign™?

"Electronic Signature products to meet real business needs"

What do you like best about AlphaTrust PRONTOSign™?

AlphaTrust provides great service and support for their products. The staff is very knowledgeable and wiling to work and meet the needs of the daily business user. The product - ProntoSign - is very agile and adapts easily to varying business needs. They have a well establish development process to expand the functionality of the product to meet ever expanding business needs. The Design tool allows system Administrators to develop and implement processes and workflows without having to involve an IT department in the process which means faster to deployment processes. What do you dislike about AlphaTrust PRONTOSign™?

In any software product there are things that it presently cannot meet. The nice thing is that as obstacles are encountered and communicated to the AlphaTrust team plans and timing for new features to meet the business needs are established. Some of these changes are significant and require extensive development and as a result we have to establish work-a-rounds to deal with the issues on a short term basis. If you are looking to improve efficiency in your daily business process and move documents through approval an signing to implementation quicker, electronic Signature is the way to do that and AlphaTrust offers a unique set of tools to allow for quick implementation. Daily business process of enrollment activities within and without our organization are handled quickly via the electronic Signature tools of the ProntoSign tool set. Paper documents requiring ink signatures, for those who implement the process, are becoming a thing of the past. "Implemented PRONTOSign quickly and easily for my complex use case."

What do you like best about AlphaTrust PRONTOSign™?

PRONTOSign has a very flexible API to handle my fairly complex use cases. My developer was able to quickly make the required integration coding from our existing application in less than a week. PRONTOSign does not put their branding all over my documents, which is key as well. Cost was very reasonable when compared across the available options. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about AlphaTrust PRONTOSign™?

More detailed coding examples would have been helpful, but really didn't cause much of a delay, therefore a "would be nice". Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Give AlphaTrust a serious consideration. They have 20 years experience and were able to quickly advise me on how to implement my use case and integrate with my existing application. What problems is AlphaTrust PRONTOSign™ solving and how is that benefiting you?

Need to add fully compliant and legally enforceable esignature function (NA and CALA regions) to existing application which had dynamic document selection based on customer form data and options selected. "Decent Feature for Desktop Users"

What do you like best about AlphaTrust PRONTOSign™?

Thank you for your feedback Benjamin, but one of the strengths of the PRONTOSign™ architecture is that the only user software requirement is a web browser for both a mobile and desktop environments. PRONTOSign™ does not use any client side software, plug-ins, Java code, ActiveX controls, or similar technology. It supports and can automatically detect touch screen devices such as smartphones and tablets (Apple iOS, Android, Windows and Blackberry OS), as well as standard PC and Mac desktop and laptop computers.
