Its frustrating that it doesnt work on devices. Another annoying thing is that they dont have plans to make improvements. **What do you dislike about AlphaTrust PRONTOSign™?** Compared to eSignature solutions AlphaTrust PRONTOSign has limited support for devices. It needs to increase user experience by improving compatibility. Its interface is also difficult to use and understand. **What problems is AlphaTrust PRONTOSign™ solving and how is that benefiting you?** AlphaTrust PRONTOSign provides features for desktop users its lack of mobile experience is a major drawback. This is especially problematic for businesses relying on workflows needing the flexibility to sign documents on the go. ### 2. AlphaTrust is also very willing to take customer feedback and make improvements to their product based on that feedback. **What do you dislike about AlphaTrust PRONTOSign™?** Would like to see more flexibility in web forms - things like dynamically populated lists, fields visible or invisible based on user-selected option **Recommendations to others considering AlphaTrust PRONTOSign™:** If you have the need to distribute documents to multiple parties and/or get input from users, this tool offers that flexibility. **What problems is AlphaTrust PRONTOSign™ solving and how is that benefiting you?** Greatly speeds up document processing. AlphaTrust doesn't force it's branding on the transaction; in fact, our clients don't even know we are using the AlphaTrust solution - it is branded like our company products. We've been able to quickly build standalone solutions without requiring any IT resources. They have a robust API which our IT resources have been able to use to easily integrate to our internal systems. The system is extremely reliable and works across the globe. **What do you dislike about AlphaTrust PRONTOSign™?** I wish there were more options for reporting and dashboards - this is coming on their roadmap. **Recommendations to others considering AlphaTrust PRONTOSign™:** AlphaTrust is a small company in the eSignature space, but they are very competitive to the other solutions in the market. **What problems is AlphaTrust PRONTOSign™ solving and how is that benefiting you?** We've shorted our sales contracting process from a week to under an hour. We've also been able to quickly create solutions to capture client input, dynamically render content, and obtain eSignatures - all without needing our IT organization. ### 5. The staff is very knowledgeable and wiling to work and meet the needs of the daily business user. The product - ProntoSign - is very agile and adapts easily to varying business needs. They have a well establish development process to expand the functionality of the product to meet ever expanding business needs. The Design tool allows system Administrators to develop and implement processes and workflows without having to involve an IT department in the process which means faster to deployment processes. **What do you dislike about AlphaTrust PRONTOSign™?** In any software product there are things that it presently cannot meet. The nice thing is that as obstacles are encountered and communicated to the AlphaTrust team plans and timing for new features to meet the business needs are established. Some of these changes are significant and require extensive development and as a result we have to establish work-a-rounds to deal with the issues on a short term basis. **Recommendations to others considering AlphaTrust PRONTOSign™:** If you are looking to improve efficiency in your daily business process and move documents through approval an signing to implementation quicker, electronic Signature is the way to do that and AlphaTrust offers a unique set of tools to allow for quick implementation. **What problems is AlphaTrust PRONTOSign™ solving and how is that benefiting you?** Daily business process of enrollment activities within and without our organization are handled quickly via the electronic Signature tools of the ProntoSign tool set. Paper documents requiring ink signatures, for those who implement the process, are becoming a thing of the past. Business documents move quickly through the process and provide for responses to changing business activities. ### 6. Implemented PRONTOSign quickly and easily for my complex use case. **Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Verified User in Real Estate | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.) **Reviewed Date:** October 19, 2016 **What do you like best about AlphaTrust PRONTOSign™?** PRONTOSign has a very flexible API to handle my fairly complex use cases. My developer was able to quickly make the required integration coding from our existing application in less than a week. PRONTOSign does not put their branding all over my documents, which is key as well. Cost was very reasonable when compared across the available options. **What do you dislike about AlphaTrust PRONTOSign™?** More detailed coding examples would have been helpful, but really didn't cause much of a delay, therefore a "would be nice". **Recommendations to others considering AlphaTrust PRONTOSign™:** Give AlphaTrust a serious consideration. They have 20 years experience and were able to quickly advise me on how to implement my use case and integrate with my existing application. I reviewed all vendors in the market (many I would not consider using) and AlphaTrust was by far the most technically experienced and cost competitive. **What problems is AlphaTrust PRONTOSign™ solving and how is that benefiting you?** Need to add fully compliant and legally enforceable esignature function (NA and CALA regions) to existing application which had dynamic document selection based on customer form data and options selected. Up to ten difference reviewers or signers in the transaction, needing to only display certain documents to certain participants in that transaction. ### 7. Setup was a breeze and we were able to get the pronto software embedded in our web page without a problem. **What do you dislike about AlphaTrust PRONTOSign™?** The software does not run on mobile devices without a 3rd party application installed on those mobile devices. **Recommendations to others considering AlphaTrust PRONTOSign™:** For desktop applications this is a solid product. If you need mobile support you might need to explore additional options. **What problems is AlphaTrust PRONTOSign™ solving and how is that benefiting you?** We needed signature capture for applicants. AlphaTrust fit the bill and we have been using it for several years without many issues. **Official Response from Jody Bennett:** > Thank you for your feedback Benjamin, but one of the strengths of the PRONTOSign™ architecture is that the only user software requirement is a web browser for both a mobile and desktop environments. PRONTOSign™ does not use any client side software, plug-ins, Java code, ActiveX controls, or similar technology.
