AlphaTrust PRONTOSign lacks flexibility in web forms and reporting options. Its frustrating that it doesnt work on devices. Another annoying thing is that they dont have plans to make improvements.

The AlphaTrust solution provides a very quick and easy way to offer eSignature to improve our client experience and shorten our sales cycle. AlphaTrust doesn't force it's branding on the transaction; in fact, our clients don't even know we are using the AlphaTrust solution - it is branded like our company products. We've been able to quickly build standalone solutions without requiring any IT resources. They have a robust API which our IT resources have been able to use to easily integrate to our internal systems. The system is extremely reliable and works across the globe.
