I like that it is an electronic medical record versus paper but I believe that is the only thing I like Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Altera Digital Health - EHR?

Pretty much everything since the new update in October. The program crashes too often. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It's functional but there are alot of bugs that need worked out Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Benefits include easy access to patient records and ability to treat quickly amd conveniently. We do have an issue woth quick turn arounds times on reported problems and lack of knowledge from support staff. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
