It brings admissions, tuition and finances, family communication, and student and family records into one customizable interface, so a school runs without stitching together spreadsheets, forms, and separate tools. Schools build step-by-step admissions applications with custom forms and fees, and returning families re-enroll through their own flow. Parent profiles keep contacts, emergency info, and linked family accounts in one place. Manage tuition, flexible payment plans, and past-due payment reminders, and send targeted announcements and automated emails to families. Their customer support is top-notch: they’re always available to help, and they’ll send videos that walk you through processes and show you how to maximize the product. They’re also open to building features into their system at a customer’s request, and they work with you through the entire process to ensure 100% satisfaction. They’ve improved the speed and functionality of their site at our request, which has been a huge benefit. We’ve worked closely with their team members to develop systems for our data integration from other platforms, and they made the process super simple and easy for us. Their data is also easy to access and download for our records. Their product is priced fairly and is definitely worth the money, especially with the support you receive throughout the entire year. The system is very simple to use for both our staff and parents. Our parents have told us they enjoy how simple and straightforward Align has made our application process. **What do you dislike about Align School Management (K-12)?** When we first started working with Align the only issue we had was how slow the site was, but that has been resolved. It is now very fast! We had no other issues using Align. **What problems is Align School Management (K-12) solving and how is that benefiting you?** They have created a system that simplifies our school’s application process, financial collections and data, automations, and transcripts. We now have records of everything that’s done on our site, and there’s no longer a chance of families “slipping through the cracks” because of how well Align is set up. ### 2. The staff is top drawer. We love the efficient, knowledgeable, and personal service we receive 100% of the time. **What do you dislike about Align School Management (K-12)?** We would like to be able to accept ach or other kinds of payments directly through the enrollment application process. Now, we can only accept credit card payments. **What problems is Align School Management (K-12) solving and how is that benefiting you?** Align has allowed us to fully automate our enrollment process taking us from 100 enrollments per year to 300+ and counting.
