Schools build step-by-step admissions applications with custom forms and fees, and returning families re-enroll through their own flow. Parent profiles keep contacts, emergency info, and linked family accounts in one place. Manage tuition, flexible payment plans, and past-due payment reminders, and send targeted announcements and automated emails to families. Align is right-sized: powerful enough to run a school's whole administrative side, simple enough for a founder wearing many hats.

Align is the school management platform for ministry schools, Bible schools, discipleship and leadership schools, gap year programs, and vocational training programs. It brings admissions, finances, classes, and attendance into one system, so a school stops juggling spreadsheets, form builders, and disconnected tools. Admissions is fully customizable. Build a step-by-step application with your own questionnaires, application fees, references, interviews, and agreements, plus conditional steps that only appear to the applicants they apply to. Automations remind applicants to finish, welcome accepted students, and notify staff when an application is ready for review. Schools run multiple cohorts, intakes, and courses of study at the same time, online and in person. Finances covers tuition end to end: online card payments alongside cash, check, and bank transfers, payment plans, discounts, credits, scholarships, and refunds. Each student gets a personal contribution link to share with supporters raising funds toward their fees. Staff get a financial overview, a payment report that exports to CSV for accounting, and an adjustments report. The learning management system supports lessons built from video and text content, quizzes, short-answer and file-upload assignments, and graded discussions. Instructors schedule classes, grade work, hand assignments back for revision, and message students privately. Attendance is tracked manually, by badge or student ID at a kiosk, or automatically online when a student joins a live class or watches a class replay. Students see their own attendance calendar.
