I like the robustness of the features in Alchemer Survey, especially the conditional questions that allow for customization based on specific client needs. I also appreciate the email campaign feature that sends the survey link to an uploaded list and follows up with reminders for those who haven't completed it. It's pretty expensive. Phone tech support is only available at the middle tier, not the base tier, which can be frustrating when you have a limited amount of time for a survey to be in the field, and waiting two business days for an email response isn't ideal. Also, the word clouds are only available in the exported PDF report, not in the Microsoft Word version, so we have to download two different reports. Alchemer is extremely user friendly. I use it regularly and have trained all of my employees to use it, very easy to implement and integrate. Building surveys is intuitive and simple. The platform also allows for a lot of different types of survey/tool building, question formats, logic, etc. I've been able to use Alchmer for all sorts of different feedback gathering and even use it as fillable forms in particular situations. Alchmer also has stellar reporting functionality and great exportability to Excel or SPSS for data analysis and research purposes. I find that Alchemer Survey is mostly focused on customer experience surveys, which can sometimes lead to certain features or options missing that I might need for other types of surveys. I think the big thing that would be great is if there could be a built-in translation service within Alchemer Survey instead of us having to upload our own translation services. the easy of building surveys and availability of all question types. + the DIY platform is easy to navigate with the library which has all the information that one might require to navigate through any challenges. They have almost all types of integration available too with the enterprise licence which is very helpful for pulling up data and connecting it with google docs and so many other tools for analysis like Tableau for visual presentation of the data. The built-in logic is excellent, we build out all of our surveys using Alchemer. The logic helps with all the different scenarios we have for dealerships from product selection to management systems. The multi-user tier is a bit pricey, so we settle for one user. We communicate between the team when using the account so another person does not kick off the current user.
