Alchemer software is the most customizable, robust survey programming tool our market research team has used. While it is easy to program, it is also fully customizable for those with programming background. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Alchemer Survey? I wish the reporting capabilities were a little more robust. For example, we download or export PPT versions of reports and then need to edit those reports to include insights. I wish there was a way to add insights to an Alchemer reporting link so we could share that link with client teams rather than forcing us to export, format, and add insights to a PPT version. I know the business license upgrade comes with dashboarding capabilities, but I wish we could get access to those without needing to upgrade our license. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. The level of customization Alchemer offers is really impressive. We've been able to build some pretty complex survey flows with skip logic and branching that would of been impossible in simpler tools. The interface is fairly intuitive once you get the hang of it, and the reporting dashboards are genuinely useful for sharing results with stakeholders. The pricing can be a bit steep, especially for smaller teams. Also the initial setup took longer then we anticipated - there's quite a learning curve with some of the more advanced features. The documentation could be better in certain areas, we often found ourselves digging through community forums to find answers. Would be nice if their support was a bit more responsive to. We mainly use Alchemer to collect feedback from clients and run internal team surveys. Before using it we where doing everything manually with basic forms which was really time consuming and made it hard to analyze results. Alchemer has basically streamlined our whole feedback process - we can now automatically route responses, trigger follow ups and generate reports without a lot of manual work. The API access and webhook integrations allowed us to connect it with our own tools seamlessly. In fact, the platform was so flexible that we were able to build a voice transcription tool on top of our survey workflows — something we initially developed for internal use to process open-ended responses faster. The customization options with logic, piping, and the ability to integrate with third-party services made all of this possible without having to switch platforms.
