I highly appreciate the flexibility of Alchemer Survey, especially in enabling cross-team collaboration effortlessly. The platform is incredibly valuable for executing ad hoc external and internal surveys and facilitating proofs of concept within our retail stores, which allows us to test before implementing larger technical integrations. One of its standout features is its ability to scale cost-effectively, ensuring team-wide enablement without significant financial impact. I find it particularly beneficial that the support team is excellent; they assist with more technical aspects that I might lack the skillset to accomplish independently. Besides solving typical survey tasks, Alchemer Survey excels in more advanced data collection activities, including forms, QR code generation, professional services, and even panel access. Furthermore, the initial setup was remarkably easy for me as a long-time user, which I believe contributes to its smooth adoption.
