What do you like best about AlayaCare?

It contains what an agency needs for scheduling and keep clients information. Plus is HIPAA protected. ALso helps to keep track on recurrent visits, and easy to manage. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It doesn't allow for changing of terms and description. For example, can't change "Client" to "Person" or "Visit" to "Shift". Also, it's design is more for Personal Support or Home Care as opposed to Developmental Services Sector. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about AlayaCare?

Good to have live rosters (we were paper based previously). Good to have family portal to offer. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

They dont seem to test new functions in the real world. Then they dont work when we try to use them. Work instructions need to be clearer, easier to accecss and dated. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The price model is annoying, the app seems to have its issues. You pay a one-time set up fee and fee per visit. I wish it had a flat fee model and was more tailored for small businesses. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
