"A Shared Creative Space That Keeps Teams Organized and Moving Fast"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Air?

The biggest win for our team, from a logistical standpoint, is that different departments can interact in the same creative space to share feedback, stay organized, and deploy our ads.

The board models and the large thumbnail design also help visual teams navigate through assets much more naturally. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Air?

It can get cluttered really fast, and once there’s no clear structure in the workspace, it becomes very hard to navigate.

The search function also often doesn’t work the way we need it to when trying to find specific footage. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Streamlined Photo Management for Restaurants"
3.5/5
What do you like best about Air?

I’ve been using Air for over two and a half years, mainly to consolidate and organize our restaurant photos for different social media platforms. I really appreciate how much Air helps reduce the disorganization in our photo library, making it easier for our social media managers to find and track the most up-to-date photos and content for their posts.

Air stands out for being easy to use and providing a solid overall user experience—both of which are important factors that would make me consider purchasing it again. The setup process was simple and straightforward, with most of the effort going into creating an organizational system that fits our restaurant’s needs. I also find the photo naming and search features especially helpful, since they make it much easier to locate the right assets quickly and support more efficient social media management. What do you dislike about Air?

I find it challenging to log into Air and would like it to be easier. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"New CDN Links and Versioning Make Asset Management Easy"
4/5
What do you like best about Air?

I like the newest features for CDN links. In my team, we use the Original CDN link because it calls the original asset we uploaded, so it can be consumed on our website.

Also the versioning is super helpful, because we can have a history of our assets without need of creating new links each time Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Air?

Air works very well and has been very helpful for us. That said, I see two main opportunities for improvement. First, since we use Air links to implement images on our website, we can’t use the image names to support our SEO because the CDN links are a series of alphanumeric characters. Second, developers can’t retrieve or call the original CDN link through the Air API. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Fast & Clean UI. But Client File Uploading Is a Mess"
3.5/5
What do you like best about Air?

I really love the Creator plan. Air handles everything I throw at it, and the speed is on par with other software. The UI is clean and easy to use, and most of my clients don’t have any issues with it. The skills and AI features are nice to have, but I don’t use them very often. Pricing seems more tailored to bigger companies, but I’m glad they kept the Creator plan. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Air?

I hate sharing files with clients; it becomes an absolute mess when I want someone to upload their work into my boards. Unless they have an Air account or plan, they don’t have any control over where they upload things, which makes collaboration unnecessarily frustrating. This is, by far, the biggest deal breaker for me.

The integrations are also lacking.Would be nice if they didn't just add Slack and called it a day.

And why is adding a sub-board so difficult? I don’t understand why they couldn’t have just stuck to folders. The UI could really use a major refresh to make the workflow smoother and faster. For example, when I’m in my board, it shows “add to favourite” and “custom fields,” but everything else is hidden.

Lastly, the speed. For the price I’m paying, I think it’s fair to say upload speed is far more important than packing Air with loads of AI features that I can find elsewhere. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"A fantastic DAM for growing marketing teams"
4/5
What do you like best about Air?

Air is by far the best DAM I've used. It's really intuitive, making it easy for the whole team to upload high-quality assets, organise them with tags, and quickly find what they need. I also like how simple it is to download different image sizes and formats for different marketing channels without needing to create multiple versions manually. The editing features are really handy, the API integrations have been great, and the support team are always quick to help. Looking forward to the HubSpot integration landing too, as that'll make it even more useful for our team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Air?

The search functionality can occasionally feel a little cumbersome when trying to find a specific asset, although that's probably just as much down to how well we've tagged our own library as it is the platform itself. Better tagging and metadata on our side has definitely improved the experience, so it's not been a major issue overall. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Easy, Fast DAM with Powerful Search and Solid Performance"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Air?

For me and my work, I need a lot of finished assets to be saved in one location that our company can utilize wherever and whenever. Having a DAM that is easy to understand and quick to use. The search function is really great as well, allowing us to quickly find assets. Air works incredibly well and I have had no issues with its performance. The pricing is well worth it for our needs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Air?

The Ai integration I haven't used as much because I don't really know how it all works and would love to have a more in depth tutorial or guide to using it. I have a coworker that loves the use of the automated features so I definitely want to figure that out. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Efficient Asset Management with Air, But Pricey"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Air?

I find Air to be incredibly beneficial for managing our photo assets efficiently. It has helped us streamline the organization process, making it easier and quicker to find and repurpose old assets, which has saved us a significant amount of money. The modern and user-friendly UI is a perfect fit for our needs, especially for beginners on my team. The tagging system within Air stands out as particularly useful, allowing us to categorize photos by different products, models, and colors, which greatly enhances our ability to locate assets when necessary. Additionally, the board systems are very helpful in organizing our work. I also appreciate the excellent support from Air's team, particularly the assistance from their representative Paige, who was instrumental in the setup process, even though the setup was straightforward and required minimal help due to the thorough resources provided. Overall, Air has been an efficient tool that improved our team's workflow, helping us move much quicker and making it a desirable option to continue using. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Air?

I think the general price point of Air is a bit tough. I think there are a lot of really great features it offers at a very, very high price point. I would love for it to be more accessible to small businesses and nonprofits to be able to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Effortless Media Asset Management for Everyone"
5/5
What do you like best about Air?

I really like the ease of use of Air, especially when I'm traveling, as I can access and manage my media assets from anywhere. The ability to share specific folders with people is incredibly powerful, allowing me to control who sees what, and having revisions in the same system is super useful. Air gives me a centralized location to organize all my media assets like pictures, video clips, reviews, and articles, which has been a game-changer. The tool also renders images of different file types, which is great for submissions to festivals or awards. The initial setup is simple; you just create an account and start creating folders and uploading images. Plus, I appreciate that within Air I can do simple edits like cropping, and it saves these revisions, which is cool to see. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Air?

It’s hard not to like Air—it meets all my needs. I’ve looked at a lot of other MAM/DAM offerings, and AIR is clearly ahead of the pack. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Efficient Content Repurposing with Room for Onboarding Improvement"
4/5
What do you like best about Air?

I use Air to repurpose content and quickly adjust it for different formats, platforms, and campaigns. I appreciate how it helps me quickly redesign existing content instead of building every version from scratch. I love how much of the business you can build into the brand kits, from founder photos and logos to colors, fonts, voice, and tone. It consistently creates clear content with a strong value point. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Air?

The onboarding could be stronger. I had to find my way around without much guidance. A guided setup or clear access to short tutorial videos would make onboarding much easier. The initial setup was easy, but the bigger challenge was learning how to get the most out of it without much guidance. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Makes Team Photo Collection and Organization Effortless"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Air?

Air makes it so easy to gather photos from my team. As the marketing person, it's also incredibly easy to organize the photos after they're uploaded. Different features are super useful, including the option for a mandatory description box. With the team here working across several geographical regions, I can ensure I am getting the photos I need without having duplicate uploads. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Air?

I do find that it's troublesome when uploading a ton of photos at once. The upload form tends to glitch out and you have to restart, but if you don't let a whole lot of photos pile up that need to be uploaded this isn't as much of an issue. Definitely a deterrent for the team sometimes, though. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
