They failed to deliver the AI alias account within the promised timeframe of three to four weeks, which led us to ask for a refund. Instead of canceling, they sneaked in a $50 subscription charge every month, charging us over $450 without delivering any services. As a buyer, its support and customer service that matter more to me, they treated me, a $39/seat paying customer just as important as their $100k paying customer! TImezone Messages and connection requests are sent according to the recipient's local time. **What do you dislike about Aimfox?** Currently, everything is working well; I haven't found anything that I don't like. **What problems is Aimfox solving and how is that benefiting you?** The first problem that Aimfox solves is that it allows users to select IPs and Proxies based on the geographical area where LinkedIn is most accessed. The coverage of the geographical areas available is worldwide, and being an integrated function, it eliminates the need to buy IPs or local proxies. We have used other tools in the past for our campaigns, and many times we have been banned, which is why we decided to use this tool and we are happy with the choice we made. The second problem it solves is personalization, often these tools have a "fake behavior" while here everything is automatically customized, such as sending the message based on the lead's local time, translating it into their language, aand the automatic follow-up based on their "behavior". ### 19. I'd give it up if not for Aimfox. It works while I sleep, and makes my life easier. I find Linkedin event campaigns most usefull. Just paste the event link and get the leads on autopilot! **What do you dislike about Aimfox?** Didn't find such things yet. Maybe, would be geat to have a way to separate campaign inbox messages from others and manage them inside the app. **What problems is Aimfox solving and how is that benefiting you?** Puts linkedin outreach on autopilot. I mostly use it for network building. Saving time on sending connection requests. Never tried to sell directly thorugh the outreach. But actually got a couple paying clients from it. ### 21. I think Aimfox has a lot of potential to become a great product, a lot of work has been done but there is still a lot to do, I wish the development team success in this endeavor.
