Generated using AI
Is Agile CRM free, or does it offer a free trial?

Agile CRM does not offer a permanent free plan, but it does provide a free trial that lets users to test the product before committing to a paid plan. Trial availability and duration may vary, so users should review the seller's official pricing page for the most current details.

Who is Agile CRM pricing best suited for?

According to G2 reviewers, Agile CRM's pricing is best suited for small businesses and solopreneurs seeking an affordable all-in-one CRM without juggling multiple subscriptions. The free and Starter tiers attract early-stage startups and individual users in industries like marketing, IT services, real estate, and professional training. G2 mid-market reviewers in IT, retail, and food and beverage find the Regular tier sufficient for growing teams needing email automation and pipeline management. The Enterprise tier appeals to larger teams requiring telephony, call recording, and access controls. G2 reviewers consistently note that businesses with complex reporting needs or deep integration requirements may eventually outgrow Agile CRM's capabilities.

What are the key differences between the free and paid versions of Agile CRM?

Agile CRM's free tier supports up to 10 users with 1,000 contacts, one marketing campaign, core CRM features, email campaigns, lead scoring, and a helpdesk. G2 reviewers frequently praise this as a genuinely usable starting point, not just a teaser. Agile CRM's paid plans begin at $8.99 per user per month, unlocking 10,000 contacts and social monitoring. The Regular tier at $29.99 adds 50,000 contacts, two-way telephony, and mobile marketing. The Enterprise tier at $47.99 delivers unlimited contacts, call recording, post-call automation, automated voicemails, access controls, and SendGrid or Mandrill integration. G2 users note that advanced features like telephony and integrations require higher-tier commitments.

Is Agile CRM considered good value for its pricing?

G2 reviewers overwhelmingly describe Agile CRM as exceptional value, frequently citing its all-in-one combination of sales, marketing automation, and customer support at a fraction of competitor costs. Reviewers repeatedly compare it favorably against Salesforce, Infusionsoft, and HubSpot, noting they get comparable functionality at significantly lower prices. Small business users on G2 particularly highlight the free tier as genuinely functional rather than artificially limited. However, some G2 reviewers raise concerns about recurring bugs, slow feature development, and inconsistent customer support, especially on lower tiers. A notable subset of recent G2 reviews warns that Agile CRM may be deprioritizing platform maintenance, which tempers the overall value proposition for reliability-dependent teams.

"Good for Email Marketing, But Needs UI/UX Improvements"
3/5
What do you like best about Agile CRM?

I use Agile CRM for marketing automation and find it good for the email marketing strategy. I like the simple dashboard which is easy to use. I also use the social media monitoring feature. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Agile CRM?

The dashboard is too thin and could use some enhancement. The support is a bit slow to respond. The interface looks like cheap coding, and improvements to the UA and UX would be beneficial. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
