**What do you like best about AgentVoice?**

It actually works. Voice quality is better than any other platform we looked at and customers stay on the phone and engage with our agents. Everything else was robotic and obviously AI. 

It pulls data from our system, updates records, and sends emails while on the call.

**What do you dislike about AgentVoice?**

I’d like more data visualization on the success metric dashboards. The data is good though and can be exported.

**What problems is AgentVoice solving and how is that benefiting you?**

AgentVoice handles our high volume and repetitive calls and has virtually eliminated first tier support queues. Our team now only handles the high touch responses and is less burned out, and CSAT scores have improved.

**What do you like best about AgentVoice?**

AgentVoice works incredibly well. The calling, voice, and tone are all solid and after each call, we get a transcription emailed and HubSpot populated or updated. Our office staff loves not having to field spam calls 
and complex issues or real customers get transferred to our office manager during office hours. 

What really stands out is the onboarding. We didn’t have to figure everything out ourselves. The AgentVoice team walked us through the setup, built the agent based on the types of calls we usually get, and made sure we were connected cleanly to our CRM. The support team is excellent and easy to reach, which made the whole process less stressful.

**What do you dislike about AgentVoice?**

Not a dislike, but we're looking forward to being able to to eliminate our separate virtual phone routing completely and some other features they have on the roadmap.

**What problems is AgentVoice solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It’s solved the problem of missed calls when our office managers are busy or outside business hours. The agent picks up immediately and sends us what we need to follow up. We capture more leads and have increased revenue without additional hiring cost.

**What do you like best about AgentVoice?**

It's more accurate and scalable than the human answering service we were using. The agent takes contact info, handles intake, sends notifications, and updates our calendar incredibly well. Call and voice quality is the best we tested.

**What do you dislike about AgentVoice?**

It took a few iterations to get it working. If you're not technical, I recommend letting them build the agent and connect everything.

**What problems is AgentVoice solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We replaced an expensive answering service that only sent emails and didn't update our calendars. Customers get immediate responses and we get full notes and AI summaries with booked follow ups for quality leads.

**What do you like best about AgentVoice?**

I like that it's actually usable. We didn’t need to hire a developer team and there are workflows in place for routing calls, connecting our systems and everything gets logged in the platform. You can listen to calls and modify the agent. The pricing is better than anything else we looked at and the agents are way better. The voices and conversations sound very human.

**What do you dislike about AgentVoice?**

I'd like more visual examples of setups or guides for different use cases. The support team is really fast, and they have an agent in the platform that helps with the setups.

**What problems is AgentVoice solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We were spending too much time on basic inbound calls that didn't need a human. Agentvoice filters spam, knows the caller and their history, and connects with Hubspot.Customers like the instant responses and our team doesn't get overrun by basic questions and can stick to more complex conversations.

**What do you like best about AgentVoice?**

We finally have a system that actually does the work during and after the call. The agent schedules, updates records, and follows up with email without needing a big integration project. Call quality is strong and the low latency makes it feel natural to our customers.

**What do you dislike about AgentVoice?**

The workflow editor is powerful, but it takes a little practice to really take advantage of all the automation steps. The support team helped us set it up and gave us examples, which made it easier.

**What problems is AgentVoice solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Intake and updates were big bottlenecks. Now routine calls are resolved immediately, and the data is already in our CRM. We cut down manual entry and reduced wait times for clients. It saves us money and keeps staff focused on cases that actually need attention.

**What do you like best about AgentVoice?**

Very flexible for complex workflows. It handles routing/handoffs, scheduling sequences, external data lookups, and during and post call actions smoothly and reliably. In app testing and evaluation  speeds up deployments.

**What do you dislike about AgentVoice?**

UI polish seems to lag behind feature releases.

Automating voice workflows, routing, scheduling, and data retrieval are handled by AgentVoice instead of manually.

**What do you like best about AgentVoice?**

The setup was very fast and they handled everything. Their team designed the entire intake flow based on our needs and delivered it ready to go. Call quality is outstanding. The voice agent listens and responds at the right moments, which makes it easy for people to trust the interaction.

**What do you dislike about AgentVoice?**

We didn't run into any issues, but it took us some time to realize how much automation was possible since the team had already done the build for us

**What problems is AgentVoice solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Intake is no longer a huge cost sink. AgentVoice screens and routes new client inquiries and it also handles routine status requests and updates our client management portal. It's better on the phone and much faster at data retrieval than our overseas call center at a significant cost savings.

**What do you like best about AgentVoice?**

The onboarding was painless. We were able to launch within a couple of weeks, and the platform gives operators real visibility with dashboards, reporting, and the ability to step in when needed. Our team didn’t have to learn code to make changes.

**What do you dislike about AgentVoice?**

We underestimated how much we could automate. It took a second round of conversations with their team before we realized we could move more workflows onto the agent.

**What problems is AgentVoice solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It handles password resets and general inquiries without tying up staff. We see fewer abandoned calls, and supervisors can monitor or take over in real time if needed. That flexibility means we’re confident rolling this out across more departments.

**What do you like best about AgentVoice?**

The cadence and voices they've built are excellent. We've worked with a lot of other platforms, and none of the others came close to the call and conversation quality. And their support is excellent.

**What do you dislike about AgentVoice?**

Nothing. They helped us build the first agent and now we're building for clients. Just launched our 20th agent with them and I don't see us slowing down anytime soon. 

**What problems is AgentVoice solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Claude helps me write and refactor code faster, and it saves time by catching errors or offering alternate solutions I might not have thought of. It’s also great for documentation. I can have it turn my rough notes into clear explanations or inline comments for the team. Overall it has improved both my productivity and the quality of my code.
