What do you like best about AgentVoice?

I like that it's actually usable. We didn’t need to hire a developer team and there are workflows in place for routing calls, connecting our systems and everything gets logged in the platform. You can listen to calls and modify the agent. The pricing is better than anything else we looked at and the agents are way better. The voices and conversations sound very human. What do you dislike about AgentVoice?

I'd like more visual examples of setups or guides for different use cases. The support team is really fast, and they have an agent in the platform that helps with the setups. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
