
AgentVoice works incredibly well. The calling, voice, and tone are all solid and after each call, we get a transcription emailed and HubSpot populated or updated. Our office staff loves not having to field spam calls
and complex issues or real customers get transferred to our office manager during office hours.
What really stands out is the onboarding. We didn’t have to figure everything out ourselves. The AgentVoice team walked us through the setup, built the agent based on the types of calls we usually get, and made sure we were connected cleanly to our CRM.
