I dislike that you have to request to remove the branding on every app. It should be across all the apps.

I am enjoying using the After Ship App. It is user-friendly, with many tools & options. I like the automations for communicating with customers. Most of all, any questions or help I  have needed; the customer service has been fast, easy to deal with, providing great guidance.

Returns are a pain, but Aftership Return Center and Postman combined make them a lot easier. With the click of a button you can genterate a label. It's super seamless. I did have a bit of trouble setting it up at first, but customer service was great at helping me get it working. Definitely recommend this app!

**What do you dislike about AfterShip?**

Labels are not as cheap as stamps.com - a USPS label on stamps.com is half the price to ship the same item to the customer compared to shipping it back.

I like the customer notifications via Aftership and the quick and easy return labels generated via Postman.

What I dislike about this app is actually is on my side when there's a new update and I haven't got used to it, but the support team is always there to help so I have nothing to complain about this.

The trust issue when visitors come into your new website, the tracking page helps to solve this. And also aftership shipping tracking notifications helps a lot to getting the customers updated about their items, this means a lot to our business.

I like that it sends automatic notifications to our customers regarding their shipments and the action that needs to be taken. This saves time on our side and reduces the number of emails we receive.

It is slightly tricky to set up and we had a few teething issues but they were resolved in the end.

**What problems is AfterShip solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The main issue is visibility on our shipments across varying couriers. We can now see everything in one place and be notified of shipment issues or couriers who are not performing for us.

Quick technical support, quite a large selection of courier services

There are some problems with tracking sometimes, but the service team fixes them quite quickly

We don't need to integrate with the courier service, instead we can receive statuses from Aftership. Accordingly, we spend less resources on developing integrations

I like Aftership because of the ecommerce integration solutions/

One of the cons of using Aftership is that there is no true solutions to integrate with ecommerce websites other than the industry standard platforms, such as woo ecommerce, for example.

Aftership allows me and my customer to track shipments from shipment to delivery.
