&lt;p&gt;I’d shortlist based on multi-reporter workflows, role-based approvals, and how easily posts from different stages can be reordered in real time. The fastest dealbreaker would be weak coordination controls—if five contributors can overwrite, duplicate, or publish out of sequence, it won’t hold up at a large conference.&lt;/p&gt;
