In my view, Adversus is a very intelligent dailer. The entire system is user-friendly, and there is enormously good data management and KPI measurement built in.

**What do you dislike about Adversus?**

There is not much to say :) When som smaller issues are experienced, the support always take quick action.

**What problems is Adversus solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are doing aoutbound calls, and uses the smart dialer to significantly increase efficiency.

One of the best features is the Data management and the possibility to see a lot of KPIs, aswell as a good and fast support!

**What do you dislike about Adversus?**

Theres not a lot of downsides beside rare occations, where phone companies in Denmark have problems with VoIP. However this isnt Adversus' fault.

**What problems is Adversus solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Adversus is our main infrasctructure for dialing B2C customers - Both cold calling and managing leads generated from marketing campains.

It gives the necessary tools to create a good outbound cold-calling strategy.

The fact that you can't add custom meeting IDs when booking meetings to Teams via Adversus.

Adversus is really very easy to use and has many functions. Also, if I have any problems the customer service helps out right away via mail, call or chat. Great work. Thank you.

Adversus could still do some work on user-friendliness, i.e. a better user interface for calls. Incoming calls are a bit cumbersome. It should be intuitive. By the way, if Adversus would include a CRM, the software would be much stronger.

**What problems is Adversus solving and how is that benefiting you?**

My company is in cold calling and Adversus is a very good tool that helps us. Now it is very easy to call many potential customers in a short time. Email templates, journeys and automation help us to work more effectively.

that it is a bit difficult to maneuver around in the dealer, it still takes some time to get to know. hero has managed to make it easy for user/phoner.

I hate when there is an inbound call, then you have to close a topic to answer the call.

The Way the program helps supervisors getting stats from the phoners is amazing. Its easy to achive the goals with simple stats making it easier to analyse and work with phoners.

Not quite much, I have never in my 2 years as working with it had problems like i have tried with Herobase and leaddesk. The specs like crashing phoners headsets is quite amazing and it works like it should

A benefit is live listening on phoners. Big gift to be able to do that and make quick fixes. Im using Adversus to see results and analyse on my phoners. Who are doing well and who are not.

The great support team is the thing we like the most. We have had problems with different pricing functions that did not match our needs, which Adversus then changed and customized to us specifically. They are always reachable and ready to help within minutes.

**What do you dislike about Adversus?**

As said we have had some problems with the pricing function. We cannot differentiate our subscription in regards to international vs local plans.

**What problems is Adversus solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Adversus is helping us call 300 companies a day per person. We can log information from the call in customized fields, record conversations, and book meetings easily. It only takes 2 minutes to onboard a new employee on using Adversus, which emphasizes how user friendly the software is.

The system is very solid. It has had no downtime since we started, and it has been almost a year. 
The dialer is smart and functional. 
It is easy to control campaigns, import and users. 
Their supportteam is always great and helpful!

**What do you dislike about Adversus?**

The only thing i dislike is the filter function. If I want to take out very detailed statistics from X numbers of calls, it seems more difficult than it should be. 

I would love it, if you could search for a mass of leads and at the same time change specific details for said leads. I know this can be done in a way, but I would like it to be more intuitive.

One thing, that would be a great addition (I know that LeadDesk uses this) is a whisper function. It gives you the ability to whisper in your agents audio without the subject/lead being able to hear it. This would be very helpful towards coaching sessions and better customer service.

**Recommendations to others considering Adversus:**

If you want a simple software with great support, choose this. It will probably save you some time and frustration, especially when going live - it is very intuitive and easy to setup.

We are using it to dial customers. With Adversus we can do so in an effective way.

There are many customizable solutions, that helps you set up the system and settings just the way you like it to be. 
You can create "journeys", automated messages both mail and text, which help you automize a lot of the process when dealing with your subjects.

**What do you dislike about Adversus?**

A notification when you have created journeys that intervenes with one another would be nice. Other than that not much.
When booking meetings through the system there has some issues with attendants connecting to the the meeting. To be fair I am not sure if the issue is with Adversus or Rooms.

**Recommendations to others considering Adversus:**

Be sure it fit your needs but with the customizable solutions they have i'm pretty sure that they will fit most companys needs. 
Spend some time in the beginning on the "journey" setup and automation of messages. It will save you a bunch of time in the end.

It is giving me a quick and great view of my subjects and helps me to streamline the calling and handling process.

  ### 21. Crazy easily to handle, does what it´s supposed to do and a little more

How easy and convienient to use it is. I mean seriously, it´s so easy, you can be a d*mb id*ot and will get how to use it. I also love my support team, we chat on WhatsApp and fix every issue within hours. 

I tried all the other power dialer and for me, this is the best one
- it´s easy and user friendly
- The set up is easy
- it work´s
- great great great support
- good price
- nice Team


I recommend it to all my friends


I used other dialers, those are too fucking complicated, expensive and have a bad support. E.g. I had to pay 75€ an hour for the support at other companies (stupid thing).

**What do you dislike about Adversus?**

There were a couple of weird bugs, but I told the CEO and Co Founder what´s wrong and he fixed it within 5 days.

Making more calls, better follow up, ultimately making it easy to call 500 people a day

Bro, I don´t get it why you would call anyone by hand. It´s fucking awesome to call them within 1 click

The network connection is always on highest level, and the support is helpful. They fix everything in a second, and the management is always down on earth and very kind.

The only thing i would like to point out, is the letters on the dialing page is quite small, - other than that, everything runs perfect!

Over the past 13 years, I have used almost all dialer systems available on the Danish market, and all have had major challenges with user-friendliness and downtime. Adversus has no challenges with these things. It is easy, simple, and almost never down.

**What do you dislike about Adversus?**

There are often changes in the system. This is actually a good thing, as they always ensure to optimize the system and make it more user-friendly. - It is more a question of whether I am adaptable enough.

**Recommendations to others considering Adversus:**

It is worth all the money. From a single employee to 200+.

**What problems is Adversus solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have a much more efficient workday thanks to Adversus. We make more calls, minimize wasted time, and have one system that communicates with all our departments in the company.

The level of support is outstanding. day to day use of the system both as administrator and agent is easy to use, and there is accepteble downtime.  There are many different features that allows the administrator to setup campaigns specifically for the use that is needed.

Adversus is very user-friendly and can be integrated with almost all other programs. As a user, your wishes are listened to a lot, and the development of new initiatives happens quickly. The operation is very stable. I have previously worked with other dialers, and Adversus is clearly the best I have worked with.

Immediately, the program is very nice, and development requests are handled in a good and quick manner. However, my experience is that using Adversus requires a stable internet connection to deliver good sound quality in conversations.

from a commercial point of view our POC was 100% available and english speaking. When contacting the technical support we found slight issues to communicate in english

There are many possibilities in Adversus, if one doesn't know how to use it, the chat is really good for getting help.

The tool is very good to gather leads from different places and combine them into one platform.

**What do you dislike about Adversus?**

The reports are very usefull but can be a bit hard for a normal person to use.

**What problems is Adversus solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Changes that influence the way we use it without its been apart of our agreement.
