## About Adobe Experience Manager
Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) is an agentic content system built for the agentic era, when brands must be discovered, cited, and trusted across human visitors and AI agents simultaneously. Unlike headless-only content management systems that solve for content availability (storing content and delivering it via API), AEM is architected for brand visibility: ensuring content performs once it reaches every surface, from web and mobile to LLMs and emerging agentic channels. What Adobe Experience Manager Is Experience Manager combines structured content management, digital asset management, agentic workflows, enterprise governance, and edge delivery in a single, natively integrated platform. Most enterprises already use AEM as a headless system of record powering mobile apps, multi-site experiences, and connected channels, while also gaining the presentation, delivery, and optimization layers that headless-only systems require customers to build or buy separately. Agentic CMS: The Foundation for AI Discovery AEM is designed as an agentic content management system. Structured, governed, fast content is what AI systems surface, cite, and trust. AEM's agent capabilities — including the Brand Experience Agent, Brand Governance Agent, and Content Advisor Agent — bring intelligence and automation across the content lifecycle: accelerating creation and migration, enforcing brand and compliance governance, and continuously optimizing experiences for both human and agentic traffic. Key Capabilities Experience Manager Sites: A modern decoupled architecture for creating and delivering personalized web and app experiences at scale, serving both headless (Content Fragments via GraphQL/REST) and full experience delivery needs. Experience Manager Assets: A digital asset management system to govern and activate assets, with native AI trained on a brand's data, voice, and creative DNA across regions and geographies. Experience Manager Forms: End-to-end digital enrollment integrated with back-end systems of record. AEM Sites Optimizer: Continuous optimization of performance, SEO, and discoverability (requires AEM Sites). LLM Optimizer: Purpose-built visibility into agentic traffic using real CDN signals, with brand-aware recommendations to improve how content is surfaced and cited by AI systems. Edge Delivery Services: Sub-second content delivery with personalization applied at the edge, built for agentic workflows where content is assembled and served in milliseconds. Experience Manager Guides and Learning Manager: Scalable component content management for documentation, knowledge, and support content, and an integrated learning management system. Differentiators Content + decisioning in one event loop: AEM integrates with Adobe Journey Optimizer and Real-Time CDP, making content decisions on unified customer profiles that draw on behavioral, transactional, and engagement signals, not on CRM records alone. Generative creation in the workflow: Adobe Firefly and generative content capabilities are embedded inside AEM's authoring environment as native capabilities, not adjacent integrations. Enterprise governance at scale: Multi-site, multi-brand, multi-language support with role-based access control, workflow approvals, and audit trails built in. Proven Results Brands using Adobe's optimization capabilities have seen measurable gains in AI-era visibility, including significant increases in LLM citation rates and AI-referral traffic, alongside improvements in page performance and organic visibility.

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Printing | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 29, 2025

**What do you like best about Adobe Experience Manager?**

It has allowed me to much more easily produce personalised customer content. The tools and features it offers has massively streamlined the process, and has done out with the need for extremely specialist training due to the intuative user interface, and simple to understand processes. In addition, the ability to quickly and simply reproduce content, without having to go through entire design processes again is amazing.

**What do you dislike about Adobe Experience Manager?**

Quite easily my largest complaint is the cost of the package. While it does offer some seriously amazing features which I do not believe another comapy is yet to provide, it is still a large cost to consider.

**What problems is Adobe Experience Manager solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It has allowed me to create personalised and high quality user generated content. This is a problem which I have run into a lot in the past. What I needed was the ability to create content which is not too repetitive, and just felt like sspam when it hit someones inbox.

**What do you like best about Adobe Experience Manager?**

What I like best about Adobe Experience Manager is its ability to bring content, design, and data together in one centralized, intuitive platform. As someone who manages multiple departmental websites, I appreciate how AEM streamlines publishing workflows and allows for consistent branding and design across pages.

Something is wrong with uploading images. They also publish blurry and the editing software in AEM is not very good. You are constrained to certain size images, and again, they always appear blurry.

**What problems is Adobe Experience Manager solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Adobe Experience Manager is solving the challenge of maintaining consistent, up-to-date, and accessible content across a large and complex university website. Before using AEM, updates were scattered, time-consuming, and often required technical support. Now, I can quickly edit, organize, and publish content without coding, which saves time and reduces bottlenecks.

**Rating:** 2.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Publishing | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 24, 2025

**What do you like best about Adobe Experience Manager?**

I appreciate Adobe Experience Manager for streamlining my processes and providing a digital guide on what to do next. Its ability to organize information well is particularly useful for my work. Additionally, I value the specialized support stemming from Adobe's strong reputation.

**What do you dislike about Adobe Experience Manager?**

I find that Adobe Experience Manager is not as competitive as other companies, especially with the younger generation. This makes it harder to attract small to medium-sized companies. I believe that Adobe's marketing for Experience Manager needs improvement so that more people, including smaller companies, are aware of it and its capabilities.

**What problems is Adobe Experience Manager solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Adobe Experience Manager to streamline my processes in project and customer relationship management, serving as a digital guide and offering organized information.

 ### 21. Empowers Content Authors and Developers!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Layton G. | Software Engineer Intern, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 30, 2025

**What do you like best about Adobe Experience Manager?**

I like the easy blocking system. It makes it simple and easy for content authors to be able to create new pages (in our case) by using google docs. And for developers it's nice to be able to have consistent blocks and style across the website.

**What do you dislike about Adobe Experience Manager?**

Sometimes the dependency on Adobe is difficult. Because Adobe offers so much, trying to implement new features to the site takes communication with Adobe though, they've been easy to work with so that's a plus.

**What problems is Adobe Experience Manager solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The main problem that AEM solves for us is for the ability of non-technical authors to create and publish web pages with minimal help from development. It helps the development side by not having to keep a backend up and running

 ### 22. Creative Freedom and Efficiency, But Adobe Pricing Is a Downside

**Rating:** 2.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Education Management | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 27, 2025

**What do you like best about Adobe Experience Manager?**

I think it combines a lot of content making websites into one. I'm so used to Canva to content making but this allows for more creativity and combines into Microsoft and google. More efficiency for more enlightened work.

**What do you dislike about Adobe Experience Manager?**

Truthfully adobe prices through Adobe accounts. I veer away from adobe for graphic design for needing subscriptions. I've even used if for podcasting and the monthly charges became too much even when split between two people

**What problems is Adobe Experience Manager solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Truthfully, I don't know what exactly problems they are solving there for I'm not sure how it would benefit me. I think any software they is continuing to take feedback into consideration and change for the better will always have a positive benefit. If there are a lot of bug issues or software errors, then that may cause more bad then good, obviously

 ### 23. Powerful Content Management, But Complex and Costly for Beginners

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

Adobe Experience Manager offers robust capabilities for managing content across various channels. Its seamless integration with other Adobe products enhances workflow efficiency, and the platform is highly scalable to meet the demands of enterprise-level organizations.

**What do you dislike about Adobe Experience Manager?**

The platform presents a steep learning curve, with complex implementation processes and workflows. Additionally, the licensing costs are high, and customizing the system requires considerable technical expertise.

**What problems is Adobe Experience Manager solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The platform provides strong collaboration tools and reliable content management, both of which can help boost team productivity. However, these features may also add complexity and higher costs, which could be challenging for smaller clinics with limited resources.

 ### 24. Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Chetan K. | Software Lead Architects, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 15, 2025

**What do you like best about Adobe Experience Cloud?**

Data flows (or is supposed to flow) between modules, enabling more consistent customer profiles and more useful personalization. Real-time or near real-time analytics, customer journey tracking across channels are big selling points

**What do you dislike about Adobe Experience Cloud?**

Because it’s powerful and has many modules, getting it up and running, getting people trained, understanding how all parts work together — takes time. Non-technical teams may struggle initially.

**What problems is Adobe Experience Cloud solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Content Management Complexity

Problem: Managing large volumes of digital assets and content for multiple markets and platforms is time-consuming.

Solution: Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) centralizes content management and automates delivery to different channels.

Benefit: Saves time, improves brand consistency, and accelerates content publishing.

3. Out-of-box components: Provides example components for developers, this helps for new developers who are just starting the development on AEM
4. Package manager: packed with package manager , helps to share components easily between developers

**What do you dislike about Adobe Experience Manager?**

1. The CRX editor sometimes feels a bit laggy and needs constant refresh after creating nodes. Not a big concern, but would like to see if AEM can come up with good UX.
2. No proper training videos: Hard for new developers, it would be so helpful if we can have proper training videos of everything in aem
3. Sometime there might be issue with dispatcher cache, cache won't be cleared

**What problems is Adobe Experience Manager solving and how is that benefiting you?**

AEM helps us by maintaing our multi-lingual sites by providing option to update the content based on the owner preference or based on the season. Like we want to show different message content for different scenarios , we have built one component and AEM helped with the tooling to update the display message based on conditions etc..

Its personalization features stand out, allowing businesses to tailor experiences across audiences and channels while keeping branding consistent.

Adobe Experience Manager is powerful, but it’s expensive and comes with a steep learning curve that often requires specialized training or outside support. Implementation can be slow and complex, making it feel like overkill for smaller teams.

**What problems is Adobe Experience Manager solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Adobe Experience Manager solves the challenge of managing content and digital assets across multiple channels and teams, which used to be time-consuming and inconsistent. By centralizing everything and enabling personalization, it helps deliver faster, more relevant experiences to customers while saving internal teams significant effort.

You can manage all your digital assets (text, images, videos, documents) in one place and easily reuse them across websites, apps, and campaigns. That consistency is a huge time saver.

**What do you dislike about Adobe Experience Manager?**

Adobe does what they do best and its to charge designers allot. The service is quite expensive. It would be better if they made the cosy affordable compared to other programs.

**What problems is Adobe Experience Manager solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Adobe Experience Manager helps solve the challenge of managing content across multiple channels by centralizing everything in one platform. It ensures brand consistency, makes it easier to reuse assets, and supports personalization so customers get relevant experiences. ### 31. One stop solution for all your digital needs

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 05, 2025

**What do you like best about Adobe Experience Manager?**

AEM is one stop solution of any digital transformation anyone is looking out for. Be it personalized content, experience targeting, optimized digital assets, advanced forms or customized solution. It has product offering for every need of end user.

**What do you dislike about Adobe Experience Manager?**

It needs lot of time to master the skills. So if someone is not serious, they should not try to get their hands dirty.

AEM has vast number of features so it needs appropriate learning and expertise to leverage the best out of it.

**What problems is Adobe Experience Manager solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Adobe experience manager is helping us with our digital presence by keeping everything intact at one place. We have integrated Workfront to do end to end asset integration with our designers as well as content authoring.

 ### 32. Adobe Experience Manager is one of the best enterprise CMS out there!

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Darshil S. | Consultant, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 22, 2025

**What do you like best about Adobe Experience Manager?**

AEM manages everything from multi-regional sites to digital experiences at an enterprise-grade level effortlessly, which is what I like the most about it. Features like Content Fragments allow repurposing across channels and content reuse, saving enormous time and effort. Users can also personalize content in a few clicks without needing developer help due to the deep integration with Adobe Analytics and Target. AEM offers smooth scaling, whether it's managing high-traffic campaigns or overriding updates across dozens of localized sites.

While it comes with a bit of a learning curve, the flexibility and customization offered, such as headless CMS options, make it worth investing in for granular digital experiences.

**What do you dislike about Adobe Experience Manager?**

The most significant issue is the learning curve; even simple tasks require some form of training and tend to be a bit of a challenge for non-technical users. Additionally, its cost is a bit on the higher side, which makes it overly sophisticated for smaller teams or projects. The configuration tends to be time-consuming and often needs Adobe consultants or specialized developers. Additionally, when dealing with complex multi-asset workflows (with expansive asset libraries), the performance dips a bit.

Seamless integration into the Adobe ecosystem boosts performance, but it also poses a challenge if others prefer dedicated tools because users are now locked in.

**What problems is Adobe Experience Manager solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have a ton of content, and all of it needs to be managed through a centralized place/team. AEM helps in doing that exactly-- we also use other Adobe products (like Marketo Engage, Analytics, and AEP), and it seamlessly integrates with Adobe products. With automated approval workflows that have reduced our publish time by 40%, we can now manage over thirty regional websites from a single dashboard. It has also got powerful personalization capabilities, which also make it stand out compared to other CMS in the market.

 ### 33. Powerful Platform for Large-Scale Content Management

- A very powerful platform for managing large scale websitesand digital experience.
- Good for multi-site and multi language management.
- Authoring interface is intuitive once we get familiar with it.

**What do you dislike about Adobe Experience Manager?**

- Publishing and deployemnt can be a bit slow sometimes and deploying even a small change is reallly a big task in AEM, it takes a lot of time.
- High licensing cost.

**What problems is Adobe Experience Manager solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Speeds up content creation with reusable components and templates.
It Reduces manual work, Also it centralizes dgital assetsso image , audio , videos and documents are easy to find.

 ### 34. Powerful but complex tool for enterprise level content management

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Elmira G. | Accountant, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 23, 2025

**What do you like best about Adobe Experience Manager?**

Adobe Experience Manager provides robust content management capabilities for large organizations. I especially like the content scheduling feature, which allows our team to plan and publish content across different markets efficiently. The ability to create and manage reusable components and templates ensures consistency in branding. Integration with Adobe Analytics and Adobe Target adds significant value by allowing us to track performance and personalize user experiences.

**What do you dislike about Adobe Experience Manager?**

While powerful, AEM comes with a steep learning curve, especially for team members without a technical background. Initial setup and customization require significant developer support, and even routine tasks can feel overly complicated at first. The system can be slow when working with large content libraries, and the cost may be prohibitive for smaller teams. Also, documentation can be overwhelming, making onboarding slower than expected.

**What problems is Adobe Experience Manager solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Adobe helps us centralize and streamline our content management process across multiple teams and markets. Before implementing AEM, we faced challenges with inconsistent branding, siloed content systems, and time consuming manual updates. AEM allows us to manage and schedule content from one platform, reuse templates, and maintain global brand consistency while giving local teams flexibility. It also improves our time-to-market for digital campaigns and reduces dependencies on development teams for routine tasks. This has made our workflows significantly more efficient and scalable.

This software makes it easy for organization management to have cohesive, effective, and customize various interfaces that any participant in the organization can utilize. I always appreciate a cloud based software system as well.

**What do you dislike about Adobe Experience Manager?**

The number of features is both a positive and a negative, mainly for individuals who do not have a lot of time to allocate specifically to learning a new program. Once this is done, however, the implementation of the software is very straightforward

**What problems is Adobe Experience Manager solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Adobe Experience Manager offers management of multiple organizational programs within the same software. Especially in small organizations this is helpful as it allows management the opportunity to implement consistency organization wide.

**What do you like best about Adobe Experience Manager?**

What I like most about Adobe Experience Manager is how seamlessly it allows teams to manage, organize, and publish content across multiple channels. It’s especially powerful when it comes to personalization and delivering consistent experiences at scale.

**What do you dislike about Adobe Experience Manager?**

While Adobe Experience Manager is a powerful platform, there can be a learning curve for new users, especially when it comes to advanced features or customization. However, once the team becomes familiar with the platform, its capabilities truly shine. Adobe also offers solid documentation and support, which helps ease the onboarding process.

**What problems is Adobe Experience Manager solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Adobe Experience Manager helps solve the challenge of managing large volumes of content across different platforms while keeping everything consistent and on-brand. It centralizes content creation, editing, and publishing, which saves time and improves team collaboration. **Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Gabriel A. | Soporte IT, Renewables & Environment, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**What do you like best about Adobe Experience Manager?**

The most useful aspects have been its form management, ease of use, ease of implementation, and great customer support. And obviously, its ease of integration.

**What do you dislike about Adobe Experience Manager?**

Perhaps its cost is a bit high compared to other tools, but at the same time, there is a reason why it maintains a high cost due to its functions.

**What problems is Adobe Experience Manager solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As I already mentioned, perhaps its main problem is the high cost it maintains. However, its ease of web content management gives it a high score.

I use experience manager for multiple programs and it has made me feel more confident how I use other Adobe products. There are so many ways to how you can toggle it to open.

**What do you dislike about Adobe Experience Manager?**

When you first use it, you have to configure it to recognize other compatible programs and it can be a real pain when you first try to sync other adobe products with it.

**What problems is Adobe Experience Manager solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I am really trying to have it be user friendly especially when you can configure it to open multiple programs and save it what make it my content load up.

**Reviewed by:** Rakhi G. | Test lead as Automation test Enginner, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**What do you like best about Adobe Experience Manager?**

1. Good Integration Across Adobe Products
Adobe Express Manager works natively with other Adobe tools like Adobe Analytics, Target, and Creative Cloud(AWS and Azure). 6. Easy to create Chatbot and integrate with UI. Also provides various options to do formatting the UI like font and spacing and some image insertions. User friendly. We used the AEM tool for all page integration so frequency of using tool was more.

**What do you dislike about Adobe Experience Manager?**

Since AEM tool is updating because of that more releases so frequent deployment and testing should be done for the UI checks. Slow tool to do the development

**What problems is Adobe Experience Manager solving and how is that benefiting you?**

In this tool we can create fine Categorization. In this way the front end UI users are more effectively can use UI. From Sub Categorization to fine Categorization can be done using the tool. Authors can manage assets, websites, and mobile apps from a unified interface. It helps us to do categorization once we no need to do frequent categorization. ### 41. The best option to reach your customers

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Gabael F. | Digital Marketing Specialist, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 24, 2025

**What do you like best about Adobe Experience Manager?**

I like AEM for many reasons:

1. Custom templates: If you have a developer on your team, you can create a new corporate template to make landing page development easier.

2. You don't need to be a developer: You can work with templates or start from scratch, but it's not a problem because AEM has an easy-to-use interface without any programming knowledge.

3. Connection with other platforms: The customer journey is the most important aspect for your business, so there are many platforms that offer excellent features compatible with AEM. (Marketo, Vimeo, CRM, etc)

4.Resource Library: I love that is possible to upload different types of files (Images, videos, .PDF). There are no limits

5. Available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week: You can work at AEM any day and time, all you need is a computer and internet access.

**What do you dislike about Adobe Experience Manager?**

I don't like AEM only for two reasons:

1.- Nowadays video quality matters a lot. AEM has a limit file size in video upload.

2.- They have not integrated an AI: In fact, there are many AI focused on improving processes or activities. I would greatly appreciate it if you would consider it as an assistant.

**What problems is Adobe Experience Manager solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I don't need to deal with platforms that don't offer everything in one tool and with programmers who don't meet deadlines. AEM helps me have everything that I need from the start, and with basic training, any team member can handle it.

 ### 42. Powerful but Pricey and Complex for Beginners

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**What do you dislike about Adobe Experience Manager?**

Adobe Experience Manager is often criticized for its steep learning curve, complex usability, and high cost, making it challenging for newcomers and smaller organizations to adopt and master.

**What problems is Adobe Experience Manager solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) solves problems like siloed content, inefficient content creation, and the inability to deliver personalized customer experiences across multiple channels.

 ### 43. One stop spot in managing creatives for any forms of Digital Marketing

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 16, 2025

**What do you like best about Adobe Experience Manager?**

Love it because of how precise I can communicate measurements, design, assets, creatives and plan out sitemaps with my creative team. It is probably one of the best User Experience Management tool out there.

**What do you dislike about Adobe Experience Manager?**

One thing I find lacking with Adobe Experience Manager is that, there is a lack of integrative features with other applications. Some tasks Figma does better than Adobe Experience Manager when it comes to web integrations.

**What problems is Adobe Experience Manager solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Adobe Experience Manager helps me solve problems in the immediate communication between my dev team and design team. Planning out sitemaps, manage and plan contents throughout our client's websites

 ### 44. Adobe Experience Manager Review

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 14, 2025

**What do you like best about Adobe Experience Manager?**

What I like best about Adobe Experience Manager is how it unifies everything. Inlike that you have a single platform where you can manage your website content, digital assets, and user data. The integration with other Adobe products like Analytics and Target is a major benefit because it creates a seamless workflow. You can easily create content, manage it in the DAM, and then tailor it for different audiences. The interface is also user-friendly for marketers, which makes it faster to get content published which is great.

**What do you dislike about Adobe Experience Manager?**

Adobe Experience Manager that can be difficult to deal with, especially for a new team or a company that's not prepared for it.

The worst issue is the cost and complexity. AEM is expensive as the licensing fees are high, but that's just the start. You also have to factor in the cost of implementation, which often requires a specialised and expensive development team. You need skilled developers to set up and maintain it which is a pain.

Another big dislike is the steep learning curve. While the authoring interface is good once you know it, the overall platform is complex. It can be a challenge for new users, and finding developers who are know it can be difficult because it's a niche skill so hard to get support from others.

**What problems is Adobe Experience Manager solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It sorts out our content. We can manage all our web stuff and digital assets in one place, which saves me a load of time and keeps our brand consistent across the board.

 ### 45. Great for Managing Large Corporate Websites, But Room for Improvement

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Utilities | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 10, 2025

**What do you like best about Adobe Experience Manager?**

Manage large cooperate website with many pages, allow to build-in new features, in the ecosystem with a lot of other adobe products like marketo, magento, which makes it easy to manage all campaigns as once

**What do you dislike about Adobe Experience Manager?**

It’s not user friendly, it requires some training or some time for a new user to be able to figure out how it works and manage pages, which is not positive sign

**What problems is Adobe Experience Manager solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It allows us to manage our website, and design it in the way we want it looks like. With options for built-in new features allow our engineers to design, code the website in ways benefit our customers most

 ### 46. A Powerful Content Management Platform - THANK YOU

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Consulting | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 28, 2025

**What do you like best about Adobe Experience Manager?**

I like best that it is easy to use and it has many features in one software. I like how the software integrates content management, digital assets, and personalization tools in one platform, making it efficient for managing large-scale websites. Love it - thank you!

**What do you dislike about Adobe Experience Manager?**

I slightly dislike that AEM can be complex to learn and maintain, especially for new users, and often requires some technical support or development resources.

**What problems is Adobe Experience Manager solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps me keep all our content organized and consistent across different channels without the usual chaos. It makes it easier for me to create, update, and personalize content quickly, which saves time and keeps everything looking professional and on-brand.

 ### 47. Easy to use!

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sarah C. | Dep. Dir of Mobilization, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 16, 2025

**What do you like best about Adobe Experience Manager?**

Simple and effective! Easy to use. Good product for a team to use and simple. Lots of features for my team and the customer support team is great to work with.

**What do you dislike about Adobe Experience Manager?**

Expensive for a team! It can be pricey for a small business and group to use. That can make it unmanageable for some folks as it costs too much to use.

**What problems is Adobe Experience Manager solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Helps me quickly fix products and track how the implementation of that product change is going. Lets me see what an image will look like across platforms on mobile or web devices.

 ### 48. Adobe Experience Manager for content management

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sameer D. | Software Engineer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 20, 2025

**What do you like best about Adobe Experience Manager?**

I used AEM for content management and creation of pages with different contents and what I liked about AEM is that it allows you to create each content fragments within other content fragments so one page is a content fragment and there are multiple other content fragments within that page and so on. That provides the easiness of tracking the content and ease to change it according to business needs.

**What do you dislike about Adobe Experience Manager?**

Initially, It took me some time to look for youtube videos to understand the AEM for content management system as it is complex software to learn and use. Moreover, It took me time to to understand the integration of front end pages and backend customized business logic.

**What problems is Adobe Experience Manager solving and how is that benefiting you?**

When I was interning at Apple. They were using AEM for their content management system of apple.com. AEM is solving a problem to add or update the content fragment on apple.com by content managers without getting developers involved to change every time when new product or content is being updated. That's why we were using it and it saves lot of time to change or add the content.

 ### 49. WYSIWYG Editing and DAM Make Content Creation a Breeze

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Education Management | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 23, 2025

**What do you like best about Adobe Experience Manager?**

It has to be the content authoring experience. Seriously, the WYSIWYG editing is just awesome. I can drag-and-drop stuff and see the page change live. Plus, the DAM is a lifesaver for finding assets. It makes a huge, complex platform feel surprisingly user-friendly for marketing.

**What do you dislike about Adobe Experience Manager?**

It's way too expensive, for one. And unless you're a developer, the learning curve is too much for a non-technical person like myself. In other words, I think it’s too complex.

**What problems is Adobe Experience Manager solving and how is that benefiting you?**

AEM fixes problems of messy, scattered content and slow marketing. It helps me by offering one easy place to manage all website/app content and images, speeding up campaigns and keeping the brand consistent everywhere

 ### 50. Outstanding platform to manage digital content, however, time commitment needed to learn

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Md Imran H. | Personal Banking Associate, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 18, 2025

**What do you like best about Adobe Experience Manager?**

An an insider with having background ub investments, I really appreciate the way AEM presents structure and control to the digital contents, much like the way financial dashboards help to organize outcome data. In several stances, AEM helped me and our team managing a large amounts of contents across multiple sites and areas, and at the same time keeping all issues consistent as well as on-brand. Specially, the features like content scheduling, available templates, and tracking of versions helped in saving time. Besides, it align considerably well with multiple available Adobe tools that made reporting and targeting of audience much easier for our engagement teams.

**What do you dislike about Adobe Experience Manager?**

The main drawback while getting accustomed to AEM was the learning curve. As a person who actually doesn't belong to a tech or development background, I really faced challenges while getting acquianted with several areas of AEM as it is hard to use at first. Though it is very powerful, however, you actually need a sound setup and also experienced developer to bring the best out of AEM. Besides, I would say the customization of components or workflows is a bit complex unless you have a robust technical team. I would also say the implementation time was longer than I anticipated, which eventually delayed our initial rollout.

**What problems is Adobe Experience Manager solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Bascially, I and my team used AEM in organizing and managing large library of digital assets that include different contents related to marketing and customer communication. Prior to using AEM, I find it challenging to maintain consistency in everything and keeping accessible, especially at times when working across multiple teams and areas.

Adobe Experience Manager actually assisted us with centralizing our contents, and at the same time making it super easy to find, update, and publish contents so quickly. For a person having a background in finance, it actually reflects to me of using an effcient dashboard for tracking multiple metrices — but instead, actually were tracking and managing the digital contents. So, this really supported the communication and engagement team to stay aligned and bring improvement in speed and quality in our campaigns. Besides, it helped reducing the duplicate contents and saved up a huge time.
