I leverage Adobe Experience Manager for our company websites, and it really speeds up our marketing efforts. Content updates that used to take a lot of time and coordination with our dev team are now handled in minutes by our marketing team, allowing the dev team to focus on more complex tasks. I enjoy the intuitive nature of Adobe Experience Manager. As a non-technical user, I'm able to easily set up content fragments and deliver in-app notifications to users. When I'm unsure of how to complete an action, the options are fairly intuitive. I also like the ease of integration with other Adobe suite products—we integrated our AEM platform with CDP and AJO to deliver targeted, personalized and segmented audience journeys seamlessly. I like Adobe Experience Manager for its centralized location to manage and store all assets in one place. It makes the workflow much easier and allows for seamless integration of assets created with other Adobe software like Illustrator and Photoshop. I also appreciate the ability to personalize content based on user behavior as it helps understand what users actually need. The drag-and-drop features and style tools make it nice to work with and help create visually appealing content. Adobe usually has a good design sense and the sites feature has good templates and blocks to get started with creating a good looking site. I think the flexibility is much less compared to something like WordPress. It's helpful for nontechnical people, but when you need certain features, that can be easily built with AI builders these days, it doesn't offer that. The framework is kind of restricting , and there are better tools with more specialized features. Also, the initial setup wasn't that easy, even though I'm familiar with systems like Wordpress. I find the features on the legacy way of using forms/forms authoring in Adobe Forms designer and Interactive communications to be lacking.
