**What do you like best about Acumatica?**

The construction and project accounting side continues to be a strong point for us. Being able to tie budgets, commitments, change orders, and billing back to individual jobs in one place has saved a lot of the manual reconciliation we used to do across separate tools. The modularity still stands out so it's easy to turn on what a given part of the business actually needs without paying for or wading through features we don't. Reporting and the ability to build our own dashboards have also made it easier to get the numbers in front of the right people without pulling everything into spreadsheets.

**What do you dislike about Acumatica?**

The main thing is consistency across screens. Background processing and how certain operations behave still varies from one module to the next, and the service module in particular doesn't always work the way you'd expect coming from the other areas. Tightening that up so the experience feels the same everywhere would make training new users easier and cut down on the "why does it work differently here" questions. Some processes could also be faster, and clearer documentation on how the modules are meant to interact would help.

**What problems is Acumatica solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As company was growing we needed a system which could support the expansion and improve process effiency along the way.

**What do you like best about Acumatica?**

Acumatica is especially helpful because it lets non-developers customize the system (within reason) to fit their specific business needs. That flexibility is incredibly powerful for the small to mid-size businesses that do well with Acumatica. It has also enabled us to grow and scale while staying within the ERP itself.

**What do you dislike about Acumatica?**

It can be difficult to get in touch with anyone directly at Acumatica. If your partner isn’t able to help, it often becomes a slow and frustrating process to get issues resolved through Acumatica support.

**What problems is Acumatica solving and how is that benefiting you?**

They are actively working to evolve the product by adding new user interfaces that are much easier to navigate than before, introducing new AI tools that seem promising, and listening to customer feedback to continually refine the product and make it better.

**What do you like best about Acumatica?**

Since my last review, we’ve expanded our use of Acumatica beyond standard accounting. We now rely more heavily on Generic Inquiries, ARM financial reports, Construction Change Orders, dashboards, and customizations to support our day-to-day operations. The platform continues to be very flexible, allowing us to adapt reports and workflows to our business instead of changing our business to fit the software. The AI features and continuous product updates have also been a welcome addition, helping improve productivity and making information easier to find.

**What do you dislike about Acumatica?**

Acumatica continues to improve every release. My biggest suggestion would be to modernize some of the reporting and customization tools. While they are extremely powerful, there is still a learning curve for advanced reports, Generic Inquiries, and Report Designer. Better visual designers, additional AI-assisted report creation, and more interactive documentation would make these features even more accessible for new administrators and power users.

**What problems is Acumatica solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Acumatica has helped us centralize our financial and operational processes, which is especially valuable when managing multiple construction and development projects at the same time. Instead of relying on spreadsheets or disconnected systems, we have better visibility into project costs, budgets, purchasing, and financial performance in real time.

Having accurate, up-to-date information allows our team to make faster decisions, improve cost control, and keep projects on track. The workflow automation has also reduced manual processes and improved collaboration between our accounting, operations, and project management teams. Overall, Acumatica has given us better control over our business while supporting our growth.

**What do you like best about Acumatica?**

Incorporating AI directly into the ERP (in the upcoming 26R2) system opens up new opportunities for less technical users to get meaningful output from the system without as much reliance on the IT team to build new GIs and dashboards. Meanwhile, the Modern UI makes it easier to use Acumatica on mobile devices and iPads.

**What do you dislike about Acumatica?**

Some licensing specifics feel a bit arbitrary, such as license caps on how many times you can access the platform's API. In a shared hosting model (SaaS), it's understandable because this will require more server resources, and thus premiums may be incurred since Acumatica would have to upgrade shared hosting infrastructure so that one customer doesn't negatively impact another. But for self-hosted customers (like our company), the only performance to suffer from too many API calls is our own, and we can invest in upgrading our infrastructure to support it. We shouldn't have to pay for the right access our data this way.

**What problems is Acumatica solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We run our business on Acumatica. Everything from purchasing and order fullfillment to customer account management and accounting.

**What do you like best about Acumatica?**

I love that Acumatica is truly cloud-based, making accessibility seamless for our global teams. The generic inquiry (GI) feature is a game changer, allowing even non-technical users like me to build custom reports and dashboards easily. Its intuitive web interface makes onboarding new employees quick, and the scalability means we can grow without being handcuffed by the ERP system. The consumption-based pricing structure is also a huge plus, and the reliability has been outstanding compared to previous systems.

**What do you dislike about Acumatica?**

Honestly, there isn’t much to dislike, but the process of migrating from our old system was complex, especially consolidating customers from multiple databases. Integrating new acquisitions and handling multi-currency, multi-tenant setups required extra effort and some creative workarounds, but Acumatica’s flexibility helped us address these challenges. I’d also say that while AI features are promising, we’re still exploring their full potential.

**What problems is Acumatica solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Scalability and flexibility are the biggest strengths for us. Because of features like attributes, we’ve been able to design the underlying data structure so it can live in both big and small buckets, depending on what we need. That makes it easy to add something like a brand attribute for a new product, and then have the data automatically flow throughout the data ecosystem we’ve created.

**What do you like best about Acumatica?**

Customer Centric Mentality. Acumatica is the most adaptable ERP System I have ever had the pleasure to introduce to the Companies I have worked for. The sheer ease of use, ease of training and the overall homey feel of Acumatica comes top of mind.

It has been clearly built for the Cloud by Accounting, Operations, Procurement, Sales and Admin people on the Team. Every detail has been thoroughly tested and where there is a shortfall, Acumatica takes Ownership and works to clean whatever Issue up quickly and to the Customer's Satisfaction.

**What do you dislike about Acumatica?**

So far, our Support Team hasn't told us "NO" to any request or scenario we have asked to implement. It is our mission to someday stump the Team, but so far Acumatica has handled all of our requests with no or minimal enhancements.

**What problems is Acumatica solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our ROI is incalculable. I like hearing our various Team members say, "That was easy..." when training or showing them how to do something in Acumatica. Streamlined processes have saved us so much time in operations that we have time on our hands to better serve our Customers, Vendors, Stakeholders.

**What do you like best about Acumatica?**

Acumatica has consistently released new features that have increased efficiencies including preview panes for vendor bills and a native PDF viewer which means you no longer have to open attachments in a new window. 

**What do you dislike about Acumatica?**

Naturally with an ever changing product some changes won't work for everyone, we had our first such change in the latest release which required some process reworking.

**What problems is Acumatica solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Acumatica brings the project management function and accounting function together in a way that provides greater visability, planning opportunities and project performance management data then haveing multiple systems in place.

**What do you like best about Acumatica?**

We’ve had a largely positive experience with Acumatica. The platform is reasonably priced, especially given the breadth of functionality it offers. It’s also highly customizable and scalable, which has allowed it to fit the specific needs of our industry and continue to adapt as our organization grows.

A major advantage for our team has been how well Acumatica integrates with Excel and Velixo. Being able to import and export data easily, build reports, and work within a familiar Excel environment has made our financial reporting and analysis much more efficient.

We’ve also found the support team to be responsive and helpful, which matters a lot when implementing new workflows or refining existing ones in a system as robust as an ERP.

Overall, Acumatica has proven to be a flexible, reliable platform that supports both day-to-day operations and longer-term growth.

**What do you dislike about Acumatica?**

Definitely not "plug and play", formal training is necessary and the system will take time to learn.

**What do you like best about Acumatica?**

Acumatica is constantly coming out with new features, is incredibly easy to navigate and use, has a ton of low-code/no-code abilities to import, export and report on information in the system, and has a lot of easy low-code/no-code automation capabilities.  We're able to do more with less because of Acumatica!

**What do you dislike about Acumatica?**

Acumatica is doing a good job of adding missing features that older ERPs have.  ISVs still help when you need more advanced versions of features that Acumatica has added basic versions of.

**What problems is Acumatica solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We had a lot of issues getting data out in a meaningful way from our old ERP.  Acumatica solves this with much better financial reporting, dashboards, and GIs we can get all our data out of the system easily!

**What do you like best about Acumatica?**

I use import scenarios this makes it easier for and end user who is not a qualified developer. File attachments and notification is so easy to use I have not seen any other ERP system that have the same features.

**What do you dislike about Acumatica?**

On manufacturing Acumatica still need a lot of development.

With easy access and approvals on your mobile and attachments, easy to work with.

I really appreciate Acumatica's automation capabilities and the ability to view data just the way we need to see it. We utilize business events to notify users in real-time or to make real-time changes using import scenarios. The data visualization aspect is also significant for us. After rolling out Manufacturing, we created dashboards that show our line efficiency, allowing us to review our BOMs and evaluate accuracy in labor, which helps us decide on necessary changes.

Right now WMS is below par - we need to implement another software to be able to do license plating, freeze locations, do cycle counting etc.

It's difficult to use Acumatica to its fullest potential in my organization. The system has cumbersome reporting, so we rely heavily on external financials for reporting. The out-of-the-box reports do not work, and we struggle to address our issues within the system. Existing reports do not run, so we have to use ARM to create our own, and my team is not very savvy beyond Excel. Modules need to be set up individually, which adds too much overhead. Customizations that could improve operations, like dashboards and GIs and AI, require a coding background that my team lacks. It's hard to find a setting toggle or key item, which makes it almost unusable. We spend too much time looking for answers externally. There's minimal support for optimizing the software, and our business branches were set up in a non-GAAP compliant way, which complicates things. The initial setup was poor and we have to deal with these mistakes every day.

More reports available out of box at implementation are desperately needed-new customers learning a new system do NOT need to have to learn how to do a GI or master reporting software just to get the data they need. Knowing I had to reinvent the wheel, to get something I knew other customers also needed, was frustrating.

I like Acumatica's intuitive UI, which makes the barrier for entry easy. It's set up well for integrations and customizations, allowing it to feed into and be driven by existing systems. I also find the cost to be very competitive, making the larger more Enterprise ERP options less enticing.

**What do you dislike about Acumatica?**

The CPQ functionality is limited. Although there are external systems that can be bolted on to handle this, it would be better if this was native functionality in the tool. There are two major things the current system doesn't handle well. The first is multi-level BOMs. Being able to create BOMs with configurations and stack them on top of each other to create a larger product, while maintaining the ability to configure each subassembly on a sales order or quote is key. The second is the ability to integrate with CAD systems like SolidWorks, where engineers build their models that house the rules for how to update the BOMs as configurations change. Also, much of the necessary data isn't available at initial setup, so we have to standardize and collect it, which makes the process long.

**What do you like best about Acumatica?**

I like that Acumatica is a one-stop-shop for everything from customer management to parts sales, labor tracking, and invoicing. We can create proposals using D-tools, which sync to Acumatica project quotes, then convert to a project where we use service orders and sales orders to track parts and labor. Our projects also have billing tasks built in and a dashboard that keeps track of it all.

**What do you dislike about Acumatica?**

I believe the areas where Acumatica could be improved are the taxes and change order/change request processes. The change orders don't track estimated taxes, and in the revenue budget, items can either include tax or be non-taxable entirely, which complicates commission calculations. Also, I found the Microsoft Outlook and Teams plug-ins with Acumatica very difficult to execute thoroughly and successfully. I have not been able to get Outlook or Teams plug-ins to work at all. Additionally, the initial setup of Acumatica was very difficult.

**What problems is Acumatica solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Acumatica to track installation labor and recognize revenue over time, manage sales and commissions, and understand opportunities lost. Its integration with d-tools helps create proposals, syncs with project quotes, and facilitates service orders, sales orders, and billing tasks.

I use Acumatica for all operations like manufacturing, inventory management, financial processing, CRM, and WMS. I love how Acumatica can be personalized to fit the industry I work in and even down to my specific role within the company. The increased visibility of data and the ability to highlight KPIs for all team members are great. It has also streamlined and automated many processes. As someone who oversees data and analytics, having access to real-time data to show different departments how their operations are running and to get ahead of issues is huge.

**What do you dislike about Acumatica?**

The Shopify connector I always have issues with. It is not very flexible and often causes extra work for different team members to monitor failed sync records. I think there needs to be more allowance to edit the work flow of each entity. Specifically on the items, in my business we take pre orders for items before we even know if we can secure the seed (due to crop failure). The item status is very strict and does not work the same for the Shopify display and the Acumatica display.

I like that we can use handheld devices in the warehouse with Acumatica. It lets us take and upload photos of the packing slips and material directly to the transactions in real time. This saves me from having to scan, rename, and file each packing slip at the end of the day.

**What do you dislike about Acumatica?**

I feel like there is still so much for me to learn with Acumatica. Our biggest hardship in the warehouse is the time it takes to process materials (transactions). It takes several minutes to get items received and onto the production floor. I'm sure this can become more efficient when I learn more on automation. The implementation took a long time, about 1.5 years, and wasn't easy, as it took me away from many of my daily responsibilities as a Warehouse Manager. I think we still needed more time prior to implementation.

Acumatica enhances inventory visibility and uncovers issues with staff behavior. It allows us to upload packing slips in real-time, eliminating manual scanning and filing. However, it can be time-consuming to process materials, but I'm hopeful that learning more about automation will help.

I like Acumatica's capability for financial controls, project management, time entry, financial reporting, service management, and manufacturing, especially in the construction and services industry. Its scalability and flexibility to adapt as we grow are key benefits for us. I also really appreciate the ability to change major workflows, approvals, and reports with low-code/no-code. Acumatica's generic inquiry tool is amazing because it lets me build almost every report needed for our business, whether it's financial reporting, operational reporting, or tracking records through workflows.

The field services module is probably the weakest aspect that could use more work. There are improvements on the roadmap that definitely solve the issues that we are experiencing. The calendar board for dispatching, for example, has a lot of limitations on scheduling intuitively and lacks the ability to show it as a calendar for field technicians on their mobile phone. It does not sync with other apps like Microsoft Outlook.

One of my end users' biggest complaints is seeing inventory allocation inside the sales order line screen. They currently have to click into the line details screen to see this information. Also early on in the implementation process, we had to make decisions on things we did not fully understand, and we just didn't know enough about the full capability of Acumatica to make some of these decisions.

The platform is robust and feature-rich. Even after four years of daily use, I’m still discovering new modules and capabilities. In my 20-year accounting career, Acumatica stands out as one of the best—if not the best—software solutions I’ve worked with.

I appreciate that Acumatica is a big improvement over our legacy system, allowing us to scale our processes and increase the capacity and bandwidth of my team. I find it helpful that it enables us to grow and scale our processes without needing to increase headcount as our business expands. The mass actions through General Inquiries (GIs), screens, and import scenarios have been a huge value add for my team. They allow us to bulk process orders and manage allocations without having to click into individual sales orders.

I really like the access to data Acumatica provides, especially through the Generic Inquiries (GIs), which allows me to have better access without relying on another group. The potential for more automation is exciting as well; we're slowly working on creating this. The ability to build what I need and value, beyond standard reports like P/L and Balance Sheets, is a big plus. I also want to learn to use Business Events for automation to alert my team on certain processes.

The GIs took time to learn. It would be great if there was a wizard for new users to build even a simple one. Also, the initial setup was moderate. We unfortunately had a firm deadline and we were not able to fully set up Acumatica on Day 1 and are still trying to catch up.

I love how easy the sales orders are implemented and how I can search for any specific word that is in an order detail. What really stands out to me is how intuitive the sales order process is from start to finish. Creating and implementing an order doesn’t feel like a chore; it’s straightforward, clean, and doesn’t require jumping through unnecessary hoops. That alone saves time and reduces errors, especially when things are moving fast. The search functionality is a game-changer. Being able to search for any specific word or detail inside an order means I can instantly find what I’m looking for without digging through multiple screens or relying on memory. Whether it’s a customer note, a product reference, or a custom detail, it’s all immediately accessible. Net result: less time hunting, more time executing, and better visibility across the board. That efficiency is what makes Acumatica genuinely valuable in day-to-day operations.

Some workflows feel more complex than they need to be, especially for new users, and there's a bit of a learning curve. I use the Acumatica CRM and all of the accounting features related to project accounting, revenue recognition, month-end job costing, and timesheets. I like the stability of the program and, in particular, the flexibility to customize it. I think Velixo is genius and a perfect pairing to get the data out of Acumatica in a form everyone in our company can use without having to change the way they work.

**What do you dislike about Acumatica?**

We struggle with revenue projections because we can't group projects together as a program, or create subtasks. We can't use the inventory IDs efficiently for our business. Because we are locked into using the inventory IDs for projecting revenue, we can't get the granularity we need. If we create too many tasks, our guys in the field and in engineering spend too much time on their time cards. The initial setup was awful. Our first partner was not helpful. We are with Crestwood now, but we still struggle.

I use Acumatica for finance matters. One thing I really like about it is that it makes our vendor bill processing more automated, which means less paper. It's also easy to use, which is important for me. What I enjoy the most, though, is the simplicity of running inquiries and reports with Acumatica.

I'm having trouble with multi-branch tax reporting. Our taxes seem to carry balances into the next period, and it's unclear why they're not clearing. This causes our tax reports not to match our trial balances and account details. Also, the initial setup wasn't easy, probably because of a lack of testing on our end.

I'm still new to Acumatica and some of the programming feels complicated to set up myself. I don't have a coding background and sometimes it feels like it requires that level of skills, like setting up GIs and business events. I wish business events and GIs were more user friendly to set up. I could automate a lot more of my work if I knew how to set these up simply. Also, I wish there had been an official training or some sort of resource I could utilize when first getting used to the system.

I appreciate that Acumatica allows us to accurately group our projects and maintain revision control. The interface is accessible to everyone and serves as a good baseline. I like how it integrates with typical entry data like Excel, making data entry easy. The third-party additions simplify integrations further. CADLink is my favorite addition, as it significantly speeds up my work, and the Engineering Workbench is a useful tool for its search, visualization, and modification capabilities.

**What do you dislike about Acumatica?**

So far, the pipeline from BOMs that are frequently modified or updated and shifting these changes to Manufacturing Orders/Production Orders in progress is a huge time-sink for me. I wish Production Orders had a similar functionality to Engineering Workbench, or were easier to update. Right now if I need to shift a material from one work center to another, I have to delete it out of one work center, and add it to a second. In Engineering Workbench, I can drag and drop this item between work centers. Not easy at all, we had a lot of background work to do on our existing data and make sure it was in the system before we went live.

**What do you like best about Acumatica?**

I like that Acumatica is cloud-based, which is essential for modern business operations. The UI is another highlight for me. It's easy to use for our employees, which is crucial for efficient workflow. The advanced planning and scheduling capabilities are impressive, helping us produce to forecast on time and keep our customers happy. It's great to have a secure environment and the ability to promise capabilities, ensuring we can meet deadlines and manage our manufacturing processes effectively.

**What do you dislike about Acumatica?**

I think the advanced planning and scheduling could be better. It needs to ensure that the supply chain's manufacturing requirements are calling for items to be in-house on time and needs to respect our manufacturing lead times, especially for an 8-level BOM. I feel like the MRP and CTP processes could be improved as well. Plus, the allocation process could be more intuitive and should respect the orders that have ship dates, especially when inventory is low.

I use Acumatica to run our manufacturing business from lead to cash with ease, thanks to its cloud-based advanced planning and scheduling, which helps us produce on time and keep customers satisfied.

**What do you like best about Acumatica?**

I use Acumatica as our ERP for sales, finance, general ledgers, consolidation, and operations. It's quick and smart, and it's scaled with our growth. I'm impressed that Acumatica is intuitive and powerful, allowing adjustments for smaller companies while opening more modules as we grow. This flexibility makes accounting more efficient. We've found segment keys and subaccounts essential for smarter department reporting—it holds departments accountable. Implementing Acumatica with other best-in-breed software hasn't been difficult, which adds to its value.

**What do you dislike about Acumatica?**

I do think the approvals and audit trail for audit could be improved. Now that the auditors are now more control based auditing, they're not vouching anymore, more approvals process within Acumatica would be useful. A person at the top, Director of Finance, or Head of Finance, or Financial Controller shouldn't hold up a monthly process, but we need to prove to the auditors that the subledgers have been checked by said persons.

**What problems is Acumatica solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Acumatica because it scales with our growth and is intuitive yet powerful. It simplifies reporting with segment keys and subaccounts, making department reporting smarter and quicker. It also makes month ends more efficient if we utilize all its features.

**What do you like best about Acumatica?**

I use Acumatica as the source of truth for all of our financial transactions and for CRM, and I like the ease of use. It addresses the lack of transparency by making everything we need reachable if you know where to go in the system. I also appreciate that my team made successful integrations with other tools like Velixo and SiteTracker.

**What do you dislike about Acumatica?**

We're struggling at the moment to get the level of granularity that we need for reporting purposes per contract stipulations. We need to be able to link a task or sub-tasks to a line in the contract, and unfortunately, Acumatica now does not support the creation of subtasks. As we were trying to implement two companies with very different needs, the initial setup wasn’t as simple as we would’ve liked it to be.

**Recommendations to others considering Acumatica:**

Choose your Partner very carefully.  Make sure that they fully understand your business needs and are there to make sure you are ready for implementation on time and on budget.

**What do you like best about Acumatica?**

I appreciate Acumatica's customizability for any type of use case, as it allows us to have full control of any screen and customize it the way we want it to be. The automation capabilities and AI integration speed things up tremendously and take unnecessary manual tasks off employees' hands so they can focus on more important tasks. Although we don't have AI studio in our environment yet, I've experienced it during a Hackathon, and it helps in summarizing and visualizing large data sets, which can assist in making quicker decisions. Overall, Acumatica helps keep all our data organized and controlled in one area, making it an excellent system of record.

**What do you dislike about Acumatica?**

While the customizability is good, it's not very user-friendly. Trying to find resources on how to accomplish various customizations is very difficult and frustrating.

Acumatica organizes and controls our data, providing a perfect system of record. Its customizability gives full screen control, and automation speeds up processes, removing manual tasks so my team focuses on important work.

**What do you like best about Acumatica?**

I like that Acumatica is a true web-based program. The General Ledger automation and the easily accessed database are beneficial for our operations. We use Velixo to pull current data into spreadsheets, which can be refreshed, eliminating the need to export new data frequently followed by cleanup. This is a significant time saver.

**What do you dislike about Acumatica?**

The Fixed Asset module in Acumatica doesn't have Equipment Management capabilities, which is frustrating for us as a civil contractor with a fleet of heavy equipment. We need cost and revenue information for each piece of equipment, but the module doesn't support this need. It would be great to have an Equipment Management module to capture repairs and maintenance costs from accounts payable, depreciation from fixed assets, and equipment hours/revenues that have been applied to projects. This would help us get a profit and loss statement for each piece of equipment.

**What problems is Acumatica solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Acumatica helps with project management, payroll, AP, AR, GL, and banking. The true web-based platform and accessible database save time by automating the General Ledger. Velixo integration pulls current data into spreadsheets, avoiding constant re-exports and cleanup.

I appreciate Acumatica for its user experience, flexibility, and customization, which are especially beneficial for our employees who may not have much technology background. Acumatica allows them to quickly grasp the system and customize it to their ability. It's also great that Acumatica puts four systems into one, which means our teams don't have to work between multiple platforms but can do everything within a single application. Additionally, the setup on the Acumatica side was straightforward. I would highly recommend it, evidenced by a rating of 10 out of 10.

Shop Floor reporting is our biggest issue. This aspect could be expanded to allow us more reporting on shop floor functions. We are missing some capabilities such as shop floor utilization, late tracking, and materials usage.

I use Acumatica for Construction, Accounting, and CRM. I really appreciate how it allows easy gathering of data and integrates multiple departments on one ERP. I like its ease of use and customizability, making it straightforward to create reports pulling the data we want and adding fields specifically needed for our business. I'm also learning more of its capabilities daily.

**What do you dislike about Acumatica?**

I find that project quoting in Acumatica needs improvement, especially in terms of easily sending the same quote to multiple bidders and maintaining an accurate history. The AIA invoicing could be enhanced with the ability to create an AIA retainage invoice. Additionally, I would like the forms to be modifiable and have the capability to export them to a Word document. The initial setup was also challenging, as we had to break it out into multiple implementations.

I like Acumatica for its ease of use and intuitive navigation, making it simple to manage daily, weekly, and monthly accounting tasks. I appreciate that our directors can access and explore their data without needing help from the accounting staff. The platform provides better access to data, allowing real-time data sharing as it's loaded into the system. I find it easy to grant financial statement users access to their data, and they can easily drill down to view their information. The constant improvements are also a nice touch. I switched from Quickbooks due to Acumatica's better reporting features, and I like the ability to set up departments and sub-accounts, which helps in providing clearer insights.

**What do you dislike about Acumatica?**

I think there are many things I don't know to set up that could be helpful, but finding time to drill down and set up new things is difficult. The user guides and training materials are not that helpful.

I like that Acumatica serves as our one source of truth for contact management, inventory records, sales history, and margin analysis. I appreciate the ease with which it holds all data and connections in one location instead of relying on multiple sources of software to track various sections of the business. It's great to have one software where forecasts are entered, inventory is monitored, customer accounts are tracked, sales history is available, and supplier management is connected as well. Acumatica handles better than my experience with SAP and is regularly being updated to provide new features. Plus, Acumatica set up was not a burden at all.

There is not anything I currently have issues with.
