I like Acumatica for its ease of scheduling, which increases our workflow and allows us to get more done. The initial setup of Acumatica was also easy.

I don't like the flagging in the system; it has issues or errors with shipping and receiving or bad data.

I like the ease of reporting with Acumatica, which is really useful for accounting tasks I handle at a credit union. Integrations are another feature I appreciate, as they enhance the software's capability. I also enjoy the Excel add-on because it allows for more customized reporting.

I love the access Acumatica provides, allowing me to work from anywhere, which is crucial for our team as colleagues can access information while on the road. It's great that we can use it on multiple devices, including desktops, tablets, and phones. I also appreciate the better reporting capabilities that Acumatica provides compared to our old system.

There are no modules for handling projects within the warehouse management system, like allocating a warehouse bin for a particular project.

I use Acumatica for managing warehouse processes and internal controls, and I find it eases warehouse management.

I don't like entering multiple timecards and additional items like LOA.

Acumatica solves inaccurate time entry issues. I like its easy-to-use interfaces, and the ability to review multiple timecards on one screen using the pivot feature is beneficial.

I like the integration that Acumatica offers, as it makes the system efficient for our needs. We also enjoy the AIA billing feature, which has been quite beneficial.

Some of the Accounts Payable features don't work as well for us, and the initial setup of Acumatica was very painful.

I find Acumatica efficient for managing billing, and I appreciate the integration, particularly the AIA billing feature.

I think Acumatica could be improved with better date-driven construction reports. Also, the initial setup was challenging for us because our VAR didn't have a strong financial person who understood manufacturing.

I use Acumatica for three-way PO matching, billing and tracking tenant payments, security deposits, and ensuring all construction project costs are billed.

I like the manufacturing side of Acumatica, particularly the MRP capabilities.

**What do you dislike about Acumatica?**

I don't like that Acumatica's accounting software isn't very user-friendly. Also, the subledgers don't tie to the trial balance, which makes it very easy for them to be off. The report writer is not user-friendly either.

I use Acumatica for sales orders and the manufacturing production process, which are crucial for our operations.

I like the customization and the UI of Acumatica, as it is mostly flexible to my needs. The modern UI hopefully will help us move things around and assist those whose language isn't English.

I find the report designer clunky. It bothers me that you can't zoom into what you are working on.

**What do you like best about Acumatica?**

I love the filtering and sorting capabilities, I like that it is cloud based.  I love the universal search feature. Unlimited users is great to scale with.

**What do you dislike about Acumatica?**

I dislike that the dashboard spaces are fixed, and I have trouble customizing column sizes.  Sometimes a cloud based SAAS system gets slow performance without knowing why. I’m guessing the noisy neighbor affect.

**What problems is Acumatica solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Inventory and Purchasing planning and scheduling, good information across all platforms and departments, and one software program for everything
Production Planning, building orders, bill of materials, inventory planning, purchasing, etc.
Automation. Business Events in Acumatica lets us greatly improve communication

I was really struggling with GI's on 2024r2 but I heard that in 2025r2 you can punch SQL queries there so it was what I wanted.

I like that Acumatica is an all-in-one software. I have visibility into sales orders, purchase orders, and inventory simultaneously.

I don't like how calculating stock across sales orders, purchase orders, and MRP doesn't account for inventory used in BOMs for reordering. The initial setup wasn't easy, with a lot of data to move and forms to be customized.

I like the ease of use of Acumatica. If you master one area, it is simple to navigate other areas as well. This ease of navigation makes it easier to have departments cross-trained. I also appreciate Acumatica for providing visibility to product inventory levels and product data.

I have difficulties with auto allocations due to lotted items. Much focus is needed on processes when dealing with lotting.
