**What do you like best about Acuitas 3?**

Nothing stands out as a true positive. The system feels outdated, slow, and overly complicated for even basic daily tasks. Any feature that should be simple ends up buried under unnecessary steps, confusing workflows, or unreliable performance. It never feels like it was designed with real practices in mind, and even the areas that appear promising at first quickly reveal major limitations.

**What do you dislike about Acuitas 3?**

cuitas 3 has been one of the most frustrating systems I’ve ever used. The workflow is incredibly clunky, the interface feels years behind modern standards, and the system creates more work instead of reducing it. Basic tasks require far too many clicks, inventory management is inconsistent, reporting lacks accuracy and flexibility, and integrations constantly break or lag. Support is slow and rarely provides real solutions, leaving ongoing issues unresolved for weeks or months. Overall, the product feels more like a patchwork of old modules than a reliable, unified platform. It drains time, increases staff errors, and adds unnecessary friction into every part of the workday.

**What problems is Acuitas 3 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Acuitas 3 is not solving any of the core problems our practice needed to address. Instead of reducing workload, improving accuracy, or streamlining optical and clinical workflows, it’s created more friction at nearly every step. Scheduling, charting, inventory, and POS all require extra manual workarounds because the system lacks consistency and reliability. Rather than benefiting our operations, it slows down staff, introduces avoidable errors, and forces us to spend additional time correcting issues that should be automated or seamless.

**What do you like best about Acuitas 3?**

I love that it saves as you type. If the system crashes or stops working or freezes (which can happen to any type of system - let’s face it) - at least you know it’s saved the information that’s you’ve already inputted.

**What do you dislike about Acuitas 3?**

Too many boxes that are unnecessary. 
Would prefer to be able to add my own descriptions

Able to follow records for pxs alot easier than normal

Easy to navigate and find what you’re looking for. Dispensing is easy to work around.

**What do you dislike about Acuitas 3?**

Sometimes can be a bit clunky, for example available appointments show over lunch breaks when timings don’t match the clinic set up perfectly.

**What problems is Acuitas 3 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our old system we struggled with reports and understanding the data the system gave. A3 helps with this and gives us easy to understand reports.

Very use friendly interface. Very easy to navigate.

It has been prone to bugs along the way but all sorted promptly.

The system is easy to use and mostly logical

There are niggles with contact lens Rx, copying medical data from visit to visit etc

Improving recalls which means more people seen

There are a lot of positives with Acuitas 3. It’s particularly user friendly and a very easy system to navigate. It’s simple and straightforward. And It’s easy to train practice staff how to work it. 
I like the layout and that other programmes can be integrated to work alongside it.

Sometimes it can glitch and be a bit slow.

I find acuitas 3 simple to navigate. It's easy for everyone to use.

Sometimes a little slow and glitchy, however this doesn't last long.

Easy to dispense spectacles, and especially like the options for different prescriptions to be selected.
When ordering 2 pairs the same the copy tab is great and quicker than having to put information twice.
