**What do you like best about iTRUST?**

They offer adaptable templates that I can easily tailor to my needs. I like their IT team very much. They set everything up right away without issues. They offer frequent updates as well. They were eager to help and answered all questions. They made billing and communication with patients much easier while complying with HIPAA guidelines. The system is well organized and gives me real-time updates. Prescriptions were easy to keep track of as well. Booking appointments is fast and straightforward, and they keep everything in one system.

**What do you dislike about iTRUST?**

It took me a while to learn the system as I tend to struggle with new technologies. I was a bit overwhelmed at first since it incorporates so many elements into one system. It was expensive, and the pricing was unclear at first. Sometimes the automation system makes minor mistakes.

**What problems is iTRUST solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The iTRUST system makes it easier to keep track of eye exam data, prescriptions, billing, and appointments. I can now keep track of this data through one organized system rather than multiple unorganized platforms. This allows me to get things done much faster with less room for error. Communication with patients is now more efficient. Patients are happier, and we are bringing in more business.

**What do you like best about iTRUST?**

We knew there must be an easier way to manage our Optometry business. A consultant recommended iTrust.io and we (client and I) are very happy with the result. The company understands what is needed to run and grow an optometry practice to make it competitive, responsive to patients' needs, and profitable. We thought we might have to cobble together various pieces of the solution from different software products. We are happy to say that this EHR cloud solution is very comprehensive and covers all our needs. They really know the optometry business well. There is a free trial to try it out, which we liked.

**What do you dislike about iTRUST?**

I have to admit we wanted all the bells and whistles, so we had to commit to the entire package. At first, we were a bit nervous about the investment, but it turns out we have made back our money in spades.

We thought legacy systems and our old ways of doing things were not working for us anymore. Having the software on the cloud means it always is updated automatically.

Honestly, I haven’t run into any major issues. The few questions I had were quickly answered by their responsive support team.

iTRUST is solving the problem of managing multiple disjointed systems by offering an all-in-one cloud-based EHR and practice management platform. It streamlines everything—from patient scheduling and charting to billing, inventory, and communication—into one cohesive system. For us, that’s meant less time spent on administrative work and more time focusing on patient care. The automation features, like appointment reminders and insurance processing, have significantly reduced no-shows and billing errors. Overall, it’s made our workflow smoother, more efficient, and far less stressful.

What I like the most is that it is not just an EHR, you can count your inventory and then you can also do some scheduling as well and take payments, its not just one thing.

It's a little bit of a learning cure when you first start to use the product but over time you learn it with ease.

It tracks inventory, keeps a health record, and you can schedule appointments with the optometrist with the software.  It's an all in one solution which I very much appreciate.

This easy to implement and easy to use software consolidates all of our billing and EHR into one place. Any time we have had a question, they have been quick to respond.

I haven't found anything to dislike at this point. We will continue to implement and try new features.
