What do you like best about ActivePrime?

Ease of use, as the tools works right from Salesforce without installing any software or exporting records.

ActivePrime support is very helpful and walked me through solving all issues.

Their pricing model: it’s based on number of admin users, and not total number of CRM users, which is a big advantage against other options. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ActivePrime?

Merging rules were a little bit difficult to learn and utilize to customize deduplication process. I contacted support and they helped me managing these rules and customizing them to our specific needs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
