i dont feel any dislike as such but if there may be way to get all the products in less cost then other platforms then it will be good.

The feedback we can provide when being recognized, as well as submitting a recognition for a peer or leader, is immediate. Achievers works well in general and is user-friendly. I also like that the initial setup was easy, and the website is user-friendly.

I like the variety of gift choices in Achievers, from kitchenware to gift cards. I also enjoy the point system, which is helpful in gift giving or just getting necessities. Instead of looking online to buy, I can redeem my points.

**What do you dislike about Achievers?**

I don't like the amount of points needed for certain gifts and how frequently points are given out. The initial setup was difficult. I had to repeatedly call to set up my account and was told over the phone that it wasn’t ready to be set up, yet I received multiple emails saying my account was ready. Eventually, I set it up without calling to avoid the back and forth.

Achievers isn't a problem-solving tool, but it offers a variety of gift choices and a point system that's handy for redeeming points for gifts or necessities, saving me shopping time.

I'm frustrated by Achievers being down for maintenance during crucial times when I needed to award points before their expiration. Even though this maintenance downtime was not frequent, it was inconveniently timed as it covered the point expiration date by at least a week.

Easy to use, GIFs are nice, works on my phone when on the road.

**What do you dislike about Achievers?**

It all feels a bit tick box/surface level. Call me old fashioned but I like a personal email or phone call if someone wants to thank me.

**What problems is Achievers solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I am actually not sure.  It seems to be a way for management to think we are being 'recognised' without paying us any more or sending a personal message.  I'm not sure it really works for those of us at the bottom of the chain, but could just be me and I don't want to seem negative as I love working for the company.

What I love about Achievers is, it's easy to navigate. Working for a large organization, it makes it easy for us to recognize one another without the stress of trying to figure out the system. I also love how the platform is point based and we can use our points to redeem various items that range from e-gift cards to physical items of our choice.

The downside is there are a lot of features that I do not use. Which may be helpful for others but for me there's no need.

The achiever's app helps with retention but showing employees including myself how we are appreciated.

**What do you like best about Achievers?**

What I like best about Achievers is how it gives us a simple but meaningful way to recognize and celebrate each other. It’s easy to get caught up in the day-to-day, so having a space dedicated to appreciation helps remind us of the great work happening all around us. Whether it’s a small gesture or a big win, Achievers makes it easy to say “thank you” and let people know their efforts don’t go unnoticed.

**What do you dislike about Achievers?**

At this time, I don’t have any additional feedback or concerns to share. Everything about Achievers seems to be working well from my perspective, and I’m satisfied with how it supports recognition and appreciation within our team.

**What problems is Achievers solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Achievers helps solve the problem of team members’ efforts going unnoticed in a busy work environment. By making it easy to recognize and celebrate contributions, it boosts morale and motivates everyone to keep doing their best. For me, it creates a positive culture where appreciation feels genuine and timely, making collaboration more rewarding.
