# What Diversity Recruiting tools streamline and centralize the entire sourcing and candidate engagement process?

Centralizing sourcing and engagement sounds simple until you're the one stitching together five different tools that don't talk to each other. Reviewers across the Diversity Recruiting category tend to name a smaller set of platforms when the question is specifically about consolidation, not just sourcing volume.

Greenhouse: Reviewers describe it as the hub that keeps job postings, scorecards, and candidate communication in one interface, cutting down on the copy-paste work between separate tools.

Gem: Known for pulling sourcing, outreach sequencing, and pipeline analytics into a single workspace that layers on top of an existing ATS rather than replacing it.

hireEZ: Reviewers point to its ability to combine sourcing across multiple channels with outreach automation, so recruiters aren't toggling between a search tool and a separate email platform.

SeekOut: Frequently mentioned for consolidating search, candidate insights, and pipeline organization into one search-first workflow.

Worth noting: "centralized" means something different depending on whether a team is trying to consolidate sourcing tools or trying to consolidate sourcing with the ATS itself, and reviewers don't always distinguish which problem they're solving for. For teams running one of these as the single source of truth, what had to get ripped out of the old stack to make that actually stick?

The “single source of truth” part is where I’d push back a little. Gem can consolidate a lot of sourcing and engagement work, but it still sits alongside an ATS. That may be exactly what a recruiting team needs, but it’s very different from actually replacing tools and owning the candidate record end to end.
