It is the least intuitive of them all. The vast majority of the training is via video. **Recommendations to others considering Accord LMS:** Look at multiple systems first. Find one that is user friendly and intuitive. **What problems is Accord LMS solving and how is that benefiting you?** I'm not totally sure that we realised any benefits yet. We are in the process of logging all Safety training through the Accord LMS. If I ever need additional support, their team is quick, courteous and efficient. **What do you dislike about Accord LMS?** The reporting functionality, while improving, is not as simple as the rest of the interface. Most of the reports focus on learner reporting and I am looking for more reports for the system administrator. The range of features and continuing innovation of the software allows me to deliver a high perceived value of services to my clients, most of whom are in the Healthcare niche. Since many of the courses we create are for CME accreditation, Accord's detailed reports provide the accountability my clients rely on. We have been providing enterprise level solutions using the DNN CMS since 2004. Accord is the only LMS I would consider in that environment. **What do you dislike about Accord LMS?** I've been very comfortable with the pace of upgrades and new feature launches, so I really don't have any negative experiences to report. **What problems is Accord LMS solving and how is that benefiting you?** I operate as a VAR to my clients, offering one-stop eLearning platforms and complete administrative support for their online education needs. I feel like I can work quickly and effectively and get help when I need it. I work with the same support engineers every week so they know who we are and how we are creating this training solution. This means I don't have to re-explain myself every time and can work quickly and effectively. **What do you dislike about Accord LMS?** Their gamification portion could use some work but my software engineer is currently making that a priority. The manual grading portion is also a bit tedious but manageable. **Recommendations to others considering Accord LMS:** For the admin side you do want someone who is fairly computer literate and can be a point person for the organization and roll out. **What problems is Accord LMS solving and how is that benefiting you?** We need to provide training to many departments in multiple locations. This is enabling us to build something that is lasting, effective, and can be easily executed. They were very patient with us in our early days of using Accord. **What do you dislike about Accord LMS?** The administrative side of Accord is very cumbersome. Running reports is extremely time consuming and can be very confusing when it comes to setting the parameters of what you want in the report. I also do not like the participants "to do" list of courses...one prime example is that once an online training is completed, the course remains on the main list. I would like it to drop off and go to a "completed" tab or just to the transcript. **Recommendations to others considering Accord LMS:** When getting your demos, really take the time to see how to run report, assign trainings, what the transcripts and to do lists look like, etc. **What problems is Accord LMS solving and how is that benefiting you?** The City did not have an LMS before Accord, so it has helped with tracking and recording of training. ### 6. I mean, where to start. Since integrating into this system, it has been a journey of course. However, let's dig into the why for you. 1. This system provides a platform to upload, track, and manage learners needing training. 2. You are able to create tailored learning paths for those utilizing your services. 3. It offers gamification, virtual learning (among all modalities), and many other features. **What do you dislike about Accord LMS?** Top dislikes would be, it is difficult to get the support team to implement new ideas and things that we need. It also is a tedious set-up in the beginning and each individual learner set-up. The lingo can be tricky to learn if you are completely new to LMS in general. From time to time, representatives are slow to respond for IT glitches and issues. **Recommendations to others considering Accord LMS:** I would suggest doing a virtual call with an IT and sales rep to do a live demo. You can also go to Accord LMS and see what all features that they offer and at what price points as well. From a product development side, it is tedious and very time consuming to build everything out. Sometimes the reps aren't quick getting back since I am sure they deal with many many clients, however, in an industry of such fast pace, we are on the go and need answers quickly. **What problems is Accord LMS solving and how is that benefiting you?** The benefit is that we can offer an all in one system to our clients and make it a platform where everything is a click away or in reach. When adding a large quantity of LEs from files, the process is quite repetitive and tedious.
