Supportive staff and easy transition, but platform is not very user friendly **Rating:** 2.5/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Verified User in Government Administration | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.) **Reviewed Date:** May 10, 2019 **What do you like best about Accord LMS?** I found both the sales rep (ours was Mary Beth) and the tech support side of the Accord very easy to get in contact with and very responsive to our questions. They were very patient with us in our early days of using Accord. **What do you dislike about Accord LMS?** The administrative side of Accord is very cumbersome. Running reports is extremely time consuming and can be very confusing when it comes to setting the parameters of what you want in the report. I also do not like the participants "to do" list of courses...one prime example is that once an online training is completed, the course remains on the main list. I would like it to drop off and go to a "completed" tab or just to the transcript. **Recommendations to others considering Accord LMS:** When getting your demos, really take the time to see how to run report, assign trainings, what the transcripts and to do lists look like, etc. **What problems is Accord LMS solving and how is that benefiting you?** The City did not have an LMS before Accord, so it has helped with tracking and recording of training. ### 2. You login, select my courses, and you are on your way. The addition of tracking and announcements is nice, as well. **What do you dislike about Accord LMS?** I would say the administration of the LMS can be cumbersome, and the reporting function is not user friendly for the trainee or the administrator. The architecture that Accord LMS is built on is rather dated. **Recommendations to others considering Accord LMS:** Accord LMS is a good point to begin without a lot of investment or commitment required. **What problems is Accord LMS solving and how is that benefiting you?** We are using the system to help our franchise network onboard new franchisees. ### 3. System not compatible with mobile devices images get distorted. **What problems is Accord LMS solving and how is that benefiting you?** None. I've personally tested images in the LMS and can confirm that they scale properly. Having said that, not all SCORM content that is loaded into the LMS will necessarily scale.
