We’ve been working with AB Tasty for a while now and have been happy with both the platform and account team support. The platform is intuitive and easy to manage without heavy reliance on our development team. Working with AB Tasty has been an absolute breeze, and unlocked a wealth of insight into how our customers behave, and what works best to improve conversion rate, average order value, add to cart rate and ultimately, revenue.

Their technology is mature, meaning that it's easy to implement, requiring only a short snippet added to the website to get started, and integration with datalayer or similar technology to track conversions. Once integrated, it's extremely easy to set up A/B tests, analyse performance, and make product decisions based on the results.

Working with AB Tasty's account management and customer support teams is always easy, and we get extremely fast responses and resolutions when issues due pop up.

As with any new technology added to a business's workflow, there's always small issues that present themselves, and a bit of a learning curve. Thankfully AB Tasty are great at holding your hand throughout the process, so you're never left to just figure things out yourself.

Regarding the technology itself, it's very important to Q/A tests thoroughly, as some changes made via AB Tasty's platform may cause unintended consequences. AB Tasty make it easy to do a quick QA of tests, however we'd love to see this functionality extended to make it easy to QA across different platforms, browsers, screen sizes and so on. I particularly like how AB tasty is constantly updated. We use AB tasty daily, so reliability, ease of use and new features are paramount. I like the inclusion of emotions AI and Copilot which saves us a massive amount of time when analysing and summarising our test results. Integration was easy and straightforward. I would highly recommend setting up as much as you can in the platform before launching a test. Support is constant and easy to access. We've scaled web experimentation across our business in partnership with AB Tasty and I've been very impressed with their account management and customer support as we have engaged new teams with the technology. I like how easy it is to set up widgets and tests, I was able to add a CSAT widget to the page I was working on with ease. The way it weaves in analytics best practices such as 'no peeking' is great – it tells you to wait longer for your test to be statistically significant etc.

I find it difficult to move things around on the page, so I always end up going back to using JS. It reallt difficult to get it workingon other browser other than Chrome, we had a issue of trigger this week where it seemed to be triggering on Chrome but not FIrefox or Safari.
