The best thing I like about this platform is that it has a conversational style survey, it make the survey more engaging when compared to other traditional survey platforms. I also appreciate the beautiful, enterprise-grade branding capabilities, as we can fully customize logos, colors, fonts, and URLs to match our brand perfectly. Another issue I have is that there is no dedicated support for users. I used SurveySparrow in Past. I work as a Dietician and manage a homeopathy clinic, and it helped me create feedback and experience based surveys that felt more friendly and engaging for patients. I used it for patient experience feedback, post consultation satisfaction checks, and occasional diet program feedback surveys.

Getting started was simple, and implementation did not take much time. I used it from time to time, mainly when I wanted a conversational flow rather than a regular form.
