I am using Scribe to update these (had not done it because of the time it takes)! What took me weeks has taken me minutes!! I showed another staff member how to do this as he will be out of the office for a few weeks, and his staff and I will now have a "How To's" for his job. It does not always capture the click you need, and it is not super easy to add that back in, BUT considering the alternative, I will take it. Above all, it’s just easy to use. When I started a new position, I recommended Scribe to my current employer and they loved it as well, we ended up purchasing the pro version which was so much better than I what I expected. I love the voice transcription because sometimes I want to add more details about what I’m documenting, I also love how easy it is to open the extension and click start capturing and you’re on your way. This is probably because I’m a perfectionist with anything I put out, but it would be nice if it could pick up more words for the buttons I click. A lot of times it reverts to click here when the button isn’t something simple as next or apply. I would also love to delete steps as I go instead of having to wait until the end, it’s a little harder to remember what I want to delete when I finish a guide, but it’s easier as I go to just delete them on the right if that were an option.
