# Which email tracking services have the most responsive customer support, based on user reviews?

<p class="elv-tracking-normal elv-text-default elv-font-figtree elv-text-base elv-leading-base elv-font-normal" elv="true">Hi, email tracking folks on G2, this one is for you. Every vendor in this space claims responsive customer support, and it's an easy claim to make right up until you’ve to actually experience it mid-campaign. So I've been going through what user reviews actually say about customer support response time in the<a class="a a--md" elv="true" href="https://www.g2.com/categories/email-tracking"> </a><a class="a a--md" elv="true" href="https://www.g2.com/categories/email-tracking">Email Tracking</a> category, since review-backed support scores are the one thing another user trusts. </p><p class="elv-tracking-normal elv-text-default elv-font-figtree elv-text-base elv-leading-base elv-font-normal" elv="true">Here's my read on four that come up constantly on G2: </p><ul>
<li>
<a class="a a--md" elv="true" href="https://www.g2.com/products/mixmax/reviews"><strong>Mixmax</strong></a> (4.6, 1,450+ reviews): best known as the Gmail-native tracking and sequencing tool; its support quality scores 9.0 with reviewers, and responsiveness comes up repeatedly as a reason teams stay.</li>
<li>
<a class="a a--md" elv="true" href="https://www.g2.com/products/mailsuite/reviews"><strong>Mailsuite</strong></a> (4.6, 130+ reviews), formerly Mailtrack: the lightweight tracker of the group, with support rated 8.9; reviewers describe a tool simple enough that support rarely needs to be tested, which is its own kind of answer.</li>
<li>
<a class="a a--md" elv="true" href="https://www.g2.com/products/saleshandy/reviews"><strong>Saleshandy</strong></a> (4.6, 770+ reviews): cold-outreach focused, and in G2's head-to-head data reviewers give it the edge on support quality over Yesware; the caveat is that nearly all of its reviews come from small business seats, so support load looks different than at scale.</li>
<li>
<a class="a a--md" elv="true" href="https://www.g2.com/products/yesware/reviews"><strong>Vendasta Yesware</strong></a> (4.4, 820+ reviews): the longest-established name here, now under Vendasta; its support quality sits at 8.5 with reviewers, and its notifications and attachment tracking still score strongly.</li>
</ul><p class="elv-tracking-normal elv-text-default elv-font-figtree elv-text-base elv-leading-base elv-font-normal" elv="true">That's my read from the review data, from the outside. For the people who've actually filed a ticket with one of these: tell me where I've got it wrong, and which support team genuinely showed up when tracking broke on a live send.</p><p class="elv-tracking-normal elv-text-default elv-font-figtree elv-text-base elv-leading-base elv-font-normal" elv="true"></p><p class="elv-tracking-normal elv-text-default elv-font-figtree elv-text-base elv-leading-base elv-font-normal" elv="true"></p>

&lt;p&gt;Mixmax would be my pick here. From the review patterns, its support seems to stand out not just for responsiveness, but for actually helping when something affects an active workflow, which matters a lot more than a good support score on paper.&lt;/p&gt;
