Every organization runs on workflows. But in the past, the only way to understand how work got done was to interview people or manually document each process. Doing that at scale was impossible, leaving institutional knowledge trapped in people's heads. Scribe's Workflow AI platform makes that possible. As people do their jobs, Scribe automatically captures every workflow and builds a living record of how your organization actually works. Scribe Optimize analyzes these workflows and helps leaders identify inefficiencies, the right AI investments, and a faster path to transformation. Scribe Capture instantly documents any workflow as a step-by-step guide, so your teams and AI agents always do it right. Loved by 90,000 enterprise customers, including Okta, Datadog, and New York Life, Scribe is trusted by 94% of the Fortune 500: ✅ 35 hours saved per person per month ✅ 98% of customers report fewer errors ✅ 71% better agent performance SOC 2 Type II, HIPAA, FERPA, and GDPR compliant.
