Salezshark helps us to centralise multiple forms of communication channels such as voice, email, SMS and other forms of messaging channels into a single platform. This also makes sales and support team collaboration easier. Their built-in automation and workflow features also help to streamline our outreach campaigns and ongoing follow-up as well. The best thing is their reporting and analytical tools, which provide us with useful insights into agent performance. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
This platform does have extensive features, but those features need fine-tuning and take a bit of a hassle to integrate initially. Their interface is also a bit overwhelming; their customisation part needs to be worked on further to improve the overall platform experience.
