This platform does have extensive features, but those features need fine-tuning and take a bit of a hassle to integrate initially. Their interface is also a bit overwhelming; their customisation part needs to be worked on further to improve the overall platform experience. Salezshark Connect+ marketing tools help us to manage our customisation across multiple channels from their single interface; they also help our campaign by increasing the response time overall. Our campaign engagement effectiveness have been doubled with this marketing tool, and also the integration with out inhouse CRM is also very effective and time-consuming.
