From a data analyst’s perspective, I find Quickbase very useful—especially for bringing together information that’s scattered across different spreadsheets and tracking systems. What I like most is the ability to build customized applications that fit our specific requirements, without having to develop software from scratch. With it, managing records, tracking ongoing activities, and generating reports becomes much more straightforward. I also appreciate the low-code approach, since it reduces the need for complex development whenever a workflow needs to change. Overall, it saves time on routine data management and makes team coordination easier. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Quickbase provides a wide range of customization options, although it can take some time to get comfortable with the more advanced features at first. When configuring complex workflows or setting up applications to meet specific reporting requirements, it can sometimes turn into a bit of trial and error before everything works as intended. I’d also like to see more advanced charting and dashboard capabilities for data visualization, especially when working with large datasets. In addition, a more intuitive interface for analytics-focused users would go a long way toward improving the overall experience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
