**What do you like best about Qminder?**

I like how simple it is to figure out and use if you have basic program knowledge.  I was able to play around with it and find out ways to input things and reports I could pull without being fully trained.

The reports you pull give great data about use performance. It makes it easy to see where you stand both compared to others and individual previous performance.

This system helps us properly queue our customers to give them the best support.

**What do you dislike about Qminder?**

I haven't really found any downsides so far.

**What problems is Qminder solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It allows us to see who is on the line and what order they are in. It also allows us to reach out to them and troubleshoot any issues before we even call the student from the queue, which can save time for when the student is eventually called.

It is an extremely user friendly platform. Very steamline without too much fluff that could be overwhelming such as other platforms.

**What do you dislike about Qminder?**

the only hiccups I can as of now have been the 1-2 times there was a signficant delay from the time the customer signs in to the time it populates on the cpu screen. Other than that no issues.

On days that the shop get the busiest it gives us an advantage to see how many customers we have waiting and who has what customer. It also allows us to track what services customers are coming in for.

It is a User friendly tool that allows the office to prioritize customers both in person and remote. Easy to manage flow of visits.

It would be good to have two seperate columns to view in-person versus remote customers.

It  helps track our foot traffic while helping to provide service to in person and remote students.

While separate views aren't available yet, you can use Labels to easily distinguish between remote sign-in visitors (Visit Planner or QR code). These visitors will automatically have the "from website" label added to the visitor's card in Service View. We are able to see and follow the order for the showers and also see the waiting time on our waitlist.

I dont think I have any dislikes as of yet it all seems to work Great.

**What do you like best about Qminder?**

The customer support is incredible. We only need it for a month or so at a time for trade shows, and every year they have been a joy to work with getting things set up or answering questions or helping me with anything I've needed. Its a very stable product. We have never had it crash.  And our users have complemented its easy of use. Its a straightforward product.

**What do you dislike about Qminder?**

It is not the cheepest solution on the market, not by a long shot. And it has limited customizability, which in some cases its nice as it can limit scope creep. However, usually it means stackholder disapointment.

**What problems is Qminder solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We often go to large tradeshows, and at those events, we get hundreds and hundreds of visitors with all sorts of different needs. Some are current customers, looking to get a new addon. Some are prospects who are looking to see our software for the first time. And others just want to say high to Sean in Consulting. Having a solution that allows us to handle and track all these different guests is piviotal, and Qminder has been our best solution.

Without a dedicated receptionist for our department, this allows for a system to check students in to meet with a school counselor and keep a record of who we have seen.

**What do you like best about Qminder?**

I think what is helpful with Qminder is that it provides some order in the showroom when we have a multitude of contractors in the store.

**What do you dislike about Qminder?**

I think Qminder can be improved by incorporating a list of business contacts, that the customer keeps up to date(email, company, etc), so anyone at the counter has a way to somewhat check to make sure the person in front of them is who they say they are.

**What problems is Qminder solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I think we are benefiting from Qminder as it allows us at the counter to maintain order through the chaos. Most of the time the customers are courtesy, however that is not all the time.

Qminder keeps my queue in order. It's easy and user-friendly anyone of any age group could navigate it. I also love the reports that I can generate.

My tellers would like to have a pop-up notification when someone signs into priority. Would also like to have customers select or state their reason for priority sign-in

Queue management. The DMV is super busy so it creates order.

What I like about Qminder is that you are able to track how many students you have helped and the data it gives you if you are needing to compare what days or months is the busiest.

The downside of Qminder for me is when you forward student to another department it puts the student ahead of those that have signed in before the student instead of putting them at the end of the line.

Qminder has allowed us to manage the flow of traffic in our center, as well as having pertinent  information available prior to students entering the testing center.  This information allows us to be better prepared once we greet the student.

**What do you dislike about Qminder?**

Since utilizing Qminder, I have not encountered any downside to Qminder, for what we use it for.

**What problems is Qminder solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Qminder has allowed us to manage the number of students in the lobby at one time, which has been crucial since the pandemic.  Students also are able to see the order with which they are in the queue.   It has also provided us with mre information about the student before they even enter the testing center, which allows us to be better prepared as well as solving any issues there may be prior to greeting the student.

The product is having a good structure of seing data. Also, the software is very good when tracking history of services provided to customers.

I do not see anything wrong with Qminder.

I do not have any recommendations.

The product is helping me by providing me a good queue management tool on a daily basis. Providing a simplified way to analyze data, helping to keep track of customers even after months/years from the original date of login. Accurate, always provide the automatic messages to our customers just in time.

**What do you like best about Qminder?**

I like the fact that I can be notified of a patient's arrival from multiple devices and even email. The pop up notifications with sound are very helpful when I am in the business office and do not have a direct line of sight to the lobby.

**What do you dislike about Qminder?**

I can't think of anything that I do not like about Qminder. My only complaint has nothing to do with Qminder, it has to do with our facility not using all of the features that Qminder offers. It would be nice for a patient's family to be able to watch the progress of their loved one as they move from pre-op to post-op.

**What problems is Qminder solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Qminder is solving the problem of having patients come to the front desk to sign-in. When patients stand around the desk while we are registering other patients, it could be considered a HIPPA violationj. Our Qminder iPad is located at the front door and patients sign-in when they arrive.

We are using this program in a school main office to call students- although it works, it does require a person to monitor and instruct students on what to do when their name is called.

It requires a person to assist, monitor and guide students to the proper office.

How easy it is to keep track of our customers. I like how the daily tracker is set up so I can keep track of my star CSRs. The data insight tab is easy to manage and makes it simple.

**What do you dislike about Qminder?**

The look of Qminder is not doing it for me. I want a more stylish website/app. The colors are boring, and maybe themes for the holidays.  You could even allow us to pick our own.

It is helping us keep track of our customers. Without it, we would not know who was next or how long they had to wait to be served. It also helps my CSRs work on their timing with each customer.

The weekly statistics Qminder sends are extremely helpful in evaluating the time I spent resolving queries. Along with this the accesibility with using the product is very self explanatory. Qminder is very helpful for customer support in the organisation we work in and it is used every single day.

There is not a lot unhelpfula bout this app but I would say the first unhelpful thing is the sesitivity of the queue system and how you can very easily click on someone elses query box through the service page and make it dissapear. It would be helpful if perhaps there was an interface for recently solved queries in the last hour.

It is solving organising a queuing system for visting people in the office while we resolve other peoples queries. Qminder helps maintain a queue while people wait and gives us their information thorugh the product.

I like the desktop notifications so I don't have to constantly be looking at the webpage to see if someone is waiting in the queue for service and that all the sign in history is saved in detail

It doesn't notify you (that I'm aware of) if you forget to press finish when you're done with an applicant. That causes issues with reporting and makes it seem like we're helping them much longer than we are. I also don't like how many pop-ups there are when using the site asking for reviews and things like that.

It allows us to see who is waiting to see someone and what/who they are waiting for. This makes it so that I don't have to go out to the lobby to check in and see what the reason for their visit. I can grab or notify the individual who needs to see them.

I love QMinder as it a a userr-friendly program to provide excellent service to our customers.  I was able to create a script in Word, which I "cut and paste" on common queries to quickly respond to customer queries.  The program allows transfers of customers to other departments as well.

The service is very user-friendly and works well.  Users can pull usage analytics, view historical data from past visits, and clearly organize upcoming visits. Additioanlly, the host comuicate with the guest using the same text feature that notifies guest of their meeting; a simple but effective tool!

The system does not allow all users to adjust visit time(s).  If the host fails to end a meeting, the timer ticks on.  Allowing he user to correct this would be very helpful.

We had students/guests sign in and they were called one by one.  This system allows a much more streamlined way to queue students.  Having the system collect data a sign-in is a huge plus.  The data collected by Qminder can be exported into a CRM if desired.

Sometimes there are changes or updates that occur without notification  and sometimes those changes are a little difficult to manuver though, especially if the point of care user has to input the patients info.

It is quick and easy to use. Everyone in my group is able to use it with relative ease.
It allows for side conversations through text, which can help us be prepared for the customer.

There are a few features missing that would be mighty helpful. Primary deficiency being that the phone notifications are only available to iphone users. We use this in a government lobby, and no one on my team owns an iphone. Secondarily, it would be great to get 20 minute wait reminders just for the line you are manning.

Getting the right section or group to the customers in the lobby. We have several departments and divisions in the building, and this keeps us aprized of who is waiting for us.

Qminder is very user friendly. I never get confused when using it. It shows clearly who the student is and provides with all the information needed. It is efficient and provides me with information from students months ago too, so I can better assist them.

Qminder although has its greatness, does have a few bugs that I have experienced before. Sometimes when finishing a student, the it does not let me finish the student and I would have to log out and log back in to finish serving a student.

Qminder helps organize students and providing me with student information before they arrive, so I can prepare ahead of time to understand the student's situation before the student arrives for help in the office. Students who have come in the past are saved into the qminder data system and can be used to find when and why they were here last time, to better assist the student.

Qminder really helps keep track of students who are in need of assistance. We use this product in multiple departments to service students and Qminder helps us know when the students sign in, what department they are seeking assistance from, how long they wait for that assistance and how long it takes us to assist. In that respect it also helps with analytics; if we see that certain users are averaging longer assist times then others, we can use this information to help staff improve upon that time with more training.

I like the functionality of being able to view Daily and Weekly reports, however it would be nice to have some kind of function where you can compare weeks side by side in Qminder instead of having to download all the reports and analyze them using other software.

**What problems is Qminder solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Qminder helps manage our office lines. Students in the past would have stood in a line waiting for assistance. Qminder allows them to sign in and wait to be called to our front desk. While waiting the student has the ability to move about and take care of other things they may need to do instead of physically standing in line to wait. It helps the student optimize their time. On our office side, it helps us keep our day to day visits for our office organized.

People tend to ignore the log in iPad, which is more on the people than the product. Also, it would be helpful if we could notify people when people are here for them, whether it be for walk ins or meetings.
