Paid for a year in June 2025 - shut off my service in August - ZERO SUPPORT **Rating:** 0.0/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Christy O. | O, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.) **Reviewed Date:** August 01, 2025 **What do you like best about Proposify?** I liked that it had a proposal and delivery method - but they they ruined it when introducing AI **What do you dislike about Proposify?** Complete lack of support or help - and the fact that I paid for a year, and was only able to use it 2months into my second year - I have the invoice show it paid, zero support, zero customer help - no recourse but to dispute with my bank **What problems is Proposify solving and how is that benefiting you?** They were sending proposals - but they in no way benefited me - and the complete lack of support makes almost any other solution better **Official Response from Kyle Racki:** > Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. As we explained, those monthly renewal notices are for add-on services like collaborative seats that show $0.00 unless actively used - though we understand these can be confusing and we're working to improve this experience. Not a fan **Rating:** 0.5/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.) **Reviewed Date:** June 24, 2025 **What do you like best about Proposify?** The benefit of Proposify was we had a lot of flexibility to adjust the proposals for pricing, but that was about it **What do you dislike about Proposify?** The UI was the most unhelpful UI. Having so many different spots to get your mouse *just right* was absurd. It was not user friendly. Whenever I sent the proposal for approval I had to send a separate slack message to the approver with what was changed and any notes that were made on the adjustment. The having to click in just the right spots for pricing was a pain. Yeah there were some good options but we moved away from the shared frustration. **What problems is Proposify solving and how is that benefiting you?** Sending out proposals for signature, and ability to create multiple drafts to send out. ### 3. The document editing, espeically for long documents is very cubersom.
