**What do you like best about ManageGo?**

The site is clear and easy to navigate. The customer service is very good.

**What do you dislike about ManageGo?**

They don't have all the options we needed as they are more focused on residential versus commercial

Having a place to keep our maintenance tickets and tenants can pay rent

It is a great place to keep ticketing for maintenance in a organized manner

Great software! No dislikes, makes management a pleasure!

**What do you like best about ManageGo?**

We use ManageGo for maintenance tickets. It's easy to use, the support system is more than what we expected, and we are happy that we went with ManageGo to help keep our maintenance staff on track. ManageGo also has an app that helps keep the team on the go. The set up os easy and the ManageGo team responds very quickly to questions and happy to set up training sessions. Can track who sees what property from the team. Only certain members can have full access to mangeGo. Can turn on/off alerts when needed.

**What do you dislike about ManageGo?**

The approval for maintenance work can not be done from the app; we still have to print out a form and have the tenant sign it, instead of just having an approval button. Though they did say, this was something they would look to develop. We were also wanting a workflow option but did not get that either.

**Recommendations to others considering ManageGo:**

Absolutely go with ManageGo. Their Team is accommodating and easy to communicate with and happy to answer any questions and offer solutions to any problems with ManageGo. Workflow is not an option yet if that is something you are looking for but they are working on it.

**What problems is ManageGo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Team can be mobile. Check off their to do list as it is completed instead of having to return to the office. Can quickly move from one task to the other. If pictures need to be uploaded in order to complete a work order the app easily lets the team do that.
