# Which automotive digital retailing tools simplify round-robin lead distribution and reduce paperless workflow complexity for dealership operations teams?

Round robin lead distribution sounds simple until you're the one setting it up, and paperless workflows have a way of creating their own complexity even while removing paper. Looking through automotive digital retailing reviews specifically mentioning round robin or paperless processes turned up a few clear names.

Dabadu XRM: reviewers describe leads flowing through round robin into a lead pool automatically, with one reviewer calling it a lifeline specifically because of how it handles distribution without manual assignment.

DriveCentric: its one review names the round robin feature directly, describing it as an easy process for consultants to follow, alongside AI features and click-to-call.

Tekion: reviewers describe paperless options streamlining processes, plus a detachable card reader that lets customers pay from anywhere on the lot rather than only at a service podium.

CarNow: reviewers describe capturing and routing unattended leads in real time, though round robin specifically isn't named in these reviews the way it is for Dabadu and DriveCentric.

For anyone who's actually set up round robin lead distribution in one of these: did it genuinely balance leads fairly across your team, or did you end up tweaking the rules constantly to stop the same rep from getting skipped?

Dabadu XRM seems to get the closest to “set it and forget it” for lead distribution, while DriveCentric often needs ongoing tuning as volume patterns shift. Tekion helps more on the paperwork side than distribution. In your case, did round-robin actually stay balanced over time, or did certain reps still end up gaming or bypassing the system?
