We had a great experience both with the creation of the app and with customer service during and after using the app. The service team was top-notch. The application impresses with its flexibility, both in terms of the user experience of the app for end users and in terms of backend processing. Everything feels very intuitive and clear. One minor thing only: We would have preferred more flexibility in the add-on features instead of having to book the full upgrade. The participant messaging function would have been ideal as a standalone option. We used LineUpr during an international scouting camp with twohundred participants – and it worked perfectly. The app made it easy to keep everyone informed about schedule changes, program updates, and announcements. Push notifications were reliable, and the interface was clear and intuitive, even for first-time users.

Some participants preferred a more phone-free experience, so depending entirely on the app for all updates wasn’t ideal for everyone. Having an optional offline or downloadable version of the schedule would make it even more inclusive and convenient — especially in areas with limited internet access. I used Lineupr for more than 10 events in the last few years. What I like about it that it is a web-based app and people don't need to install anything.

Also it has main functions quite clear and easy. You can copy-paste event entries, add links, visuals if needed.

I would wish that in the future there would be possibility for participants to register to the parallel sessions and admin could make a limit for registrations. We used the LineUpr app to communicate our festival programme. For five days, 30,000 people used this service. The press, which reported on our festival, also praised the festival communication via the LineUpr app.

We are very satisfied with the user-friendliness of the app. It was clear, intuitive and easy to use, both for our employees who entered the data records and for the visitors. If questions did arise, a contact person in the app was there to help and we could easily reach them by email or phone. Another plus is the push notifications that can be set and saved in advance. The interactivity is just as good. Guests could save events and mark artists with a heart. This made it possible to estimate in advance how popular the concert would be. As the app is well structured, many individual dates can be easily entered and changed. For us as a foundation and our main audience being German public administration, it is most important to have a tool whose servers are in Germany, that is usable without having to download an app or register an account, whose features are modular, that is easy to set up and affordable.
