I love that LineUpr is a web-based app and not a standalone, which means we didn't need to ask attendees to download another app. It was easy to set up and provides a lot of flexibility, allowing for real-time updates of the agenda, useful maps for venue locations, and a full list of speakers including bios, photos, sessions, and links to social media. We had a great experience both with the creation of the app and with customer service during and after using the app. The service team was top-notch. We used LineUpr during an international scouting camp with twohundred participants – and it worked perfectly. Some participants preferred a more phone-free experience, so depending entirely on the app for all updates wasn’t ideal for everyone. I used Lineupr for more than 10 events in the last few years. What I like about it that it is a web-based app and people don't need to install anything. Also it has main functions quite clear and easy. You can copy-paste event entries, add links, visuals if needed. It has some handy design and colour customisations. I would wish that in the future there would be possibility for participants to register to the parallel sessions and admin could make a limit for registrations. We used the LineUpr app to communicate our festival programme. For five days, 30,000 people used this service. The press, which reported on our festival, also praised the festival communication via the LineUpr app. We are very satisfied with the user-friendliness of the app. It was clear, intuitive and easy to use, both for our employees who entered the data records and for the visitors. If questions did arise, a contact person in the app was there to help and we could easily reach them by email or phone. Another plus is the push notifications that can be set and saved in advance. The interactivity is just as good. Guests could save events and mark artists with a heart. This made it possible to estimate in advance how popular the concert would be. As the app is well structured, many individual dates can be easily entered and changed.
