For five days, 30,000 people used this service. The press, which reported on our festival, also praised the festival communication via the LineUpr app. We are very satisfied with the user-friendliness of the app. It was clear, intuitive and easy to use, both for our employees who entered the data records and for the visitors. If questions did arise, a contact person in the app was there to help and we could easily reach them by email or phone. Another plus is the push notifications that can be set and saved in advance. The interactivity is just as good. Guests could save events and mark artists with a heart. This made it possible to estimate in advance how popular the concert would be.
