**What do you like best about Hubstaff?**

It helps me keep my daily work more organized and properly managed without making things complicated. I work as a Dietician and Nutritionist and also create health education content for social media, so I use it for managing wellness content tasks, patient follow-up work, and checking how much time is spent on different activities during the day.

The time tracking and to-do management features are very useful in my regular workflow because they help me stay focused while handling multiple health-related tasks together. I also like that project tracking, activity monitoring, reports, and productivity insights are available in one place, so it becomes easier to manage routine clinic work and content planning work side by side. The dashboard feels clean and easy to understand even for daily use.

Setup was also simple for me and the implementation process did not take much time. I liked that it supports integrations and different tracking options, which makes work management more flexible. Customer support is helpful whenever I wantany Help. I use Hubstaff many times during the week, especially while managing patient reports, content schedules, follow-up reminders, and health awareness content tasks. Overall, Hubstaff helps me manage daily work, task tracking, follow-up activities, and content related workflow in a much more organized and manageable way. It saves time during busy schedules and makes regular work easier to handle while keeping everything properly tracked from one place.

**What do you dislike about Hubstaff?**

Sometimes while switching between different tasks or projects, the timer may need a few extra clicks to start or move correctly, especially between desktop and web tracking. I also feel that some dashboard sections and settings can take time to fully understand in the beginning because there are many options available. Apart from that, the overall experience has been smooth and useful for managing regular work activities.

**What problems is Hubstaff solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is helping me solve the problem of managing time, daily tasks, and regular work activities in a more organized way. Earlier, while handling patient follow-ups, health education content, reminders, and different ongoing tasks together, it was difficult to properly track how much time was being spent on different activities.

Now it becomes much easier to manage projects, organize to-dos, track work hours, and monitor pending tasks from one place. The reports and time tracking features also help me understand daily workflow better and keep work more structured during busy schedules.

It is also useful for managing content planning, follow-up activities, and regular clinic related workflow because everything stays properly arranged and easier to monitor. Overall, it saves time and helps me manage healthcare related work and content activities in a more smooth and organized way.

**What do you like best about Hubstaff?**

The monitoring features and analytics are really helpful for us since our company is made up entirely of remote workers. I also really like the smart notifications, along with the real-time shift and schedule tracking.

**What do you dislike about Hubstaff?**

The bugs can be really frustrating sometimes. Also, I find the PTO feature a bit difficult to understand. I don’t like that late notifications sometimes come through late, and when I refresh the calendar page it still won’t show as on time, even if they clocked in on time. I’d prefer something more responsive and real-time, if Hubstaff could be that quick. ClickUp integration could be better when it comes to pulling info from Hubstaff, don't understand why we have t pay extra for the extra notifications? Should be included already. User interface has latency sometimes, and would be helpful if it's easy to access the articles for navigating.

**What do you like best about Hubstaff?**

I use Hubstaff to manage the hours of billing contractors. It shows me the intensity and screenshots of what they are doing, which helps me monitor their work. I really like the timeline chat feature because it provides a simple but clear visual on how much focused work my team is doing. With it, I don't have blind spots.

**What do you dislike about Hubstaff?**

I would say the UI is fairly simple and don't really see value in the other features to use it. It is a good software for its price but won't expand my usage of it. Well I don't see how I could use this for project management. Also I don't want to track how much we spend on contractors as we use Ramp for that. People were not responsive and we were charged the wrong frequency but after that no problem.

I use Hubstaff to manage contractors' billing hours, monitor their work with screenshots, and see how focused they are. The timeline chat feature gives a clear visual on their intense work, helping me align and eliminate blind spots.

**What do you like best about Hubstaff?**

I use Hubstaff in HR to add schedules for employees, track time, and take screenshots while working remotely. The time tracking feature is the best, as it helps me know who is active and how much activity each person is doing in a particular hour. It also detects any suspicious behavior if someone tries to cheat the system. Setting up schedules is easy, and this helps track employee payments. Initial setup of Hubstaff is easy too. I chose Hubstaff because it was the best option we found.

**What do you dislike about Hubstaff?**

In finance settings, it's a bit cumbersome because first, I have to add a person to finance and then go back again to search for them and enable their payment cycle. It would be better if this process could happen in one go to avoid double efforts.

I use Hubstaff to easily set employee schedules, track work hours, and take screenshots. It helps understand remote work culture and ensures accurate payment tracking. I like the time tracking for active status and detecting any system cheating.

**What do you like best about Hubstaff?**

Transparency of the time that the developers work. This gives us ROI immediately.

The UI and UX, is good. The only thing is that the reports some times are confuse.

For the point of view of integrations or third party APIs right now we don't have any case of use

For the performance point of view help a lot to improve the results and due dates are better than never

support is ok, we had experience using this platform so our collaborators help to use the platform. 

We don't use any AI or intelligence feature

I used Hubstaff while working as a freelancer for Outlier, and what I liked most was the transparency it provided. The desktop app is lightweight and didn’t lag while I was doing data labeling or quality tasks. I also appreciated being able to see exactly when a screenshot was captured, which gave me confidence that my hours were being recorded accurately. The dashboard for tracking activity levels is intuitive as well, and it makes it easy to stay on top of my own productivity.

**What do you dislike about Hubstaff?**

The idle time detection can sometimes be too sensitive. When I’m focused on reading complex project instructions or analyzing data without moving my mouse, it may trigger an idle alert even though I’m actively working. That can be disruptive to my workflow. Also, while the screenshot feature helps ensure transparency, it can feel a bit invasive if you’re not used to constant monitoring during freelance tasks.

Hubstaff addresses the problem of manual time tracking and the risk of payment disputes in a remote freelance environment. With automated screenshots and activity monitoring, it creates a clear, transparent record of my work that I can share with clients. Hubstaff has been very useful for tracking my work hours and taking screenshots. I was able to download the app for MacBook Air and use it while I was working on a project. Onboarding was easy. My project was automatically seen on the dashboard. The interface is easy to understand and allows for monitoring work hours. It integrated with multiple apps, and sync was great. I like the overall performance of the software.

I didn't dislike anything on Hubstaff. It is required for the project and remote working arrangements, so it is useful.

What I like most about Hubstaff is how simple it makes make time tracking without feeling intrusive. The interface is clean and easy to use, so it doesn't take much effort to start or stop tracking time, even for someone new to tool. I also appreciate the level of detail it provides - things like activity levels, reports, and project breakdowns help me understand where time is actually going.

Another big plus is the transparency it brings to team management. It's easy to see who's working on what, which is really helpful for remote teams. At the same time, it does not feel overly complicated or heavy compared to some other tools.

One thing I dislike about Hubstaff is that some of its monitoring features can feel a bit intrusive, especially things like screenshots and activity tracking. Hubstaff solves the problem of not really knowing where time is going during the workday. Before using it. it's easy to assume you are being productive, but there is no clear data to back that up. With Hubstaff, I can actually see how much time I am spending on different projects or tasks, which help me stay more focused and organized.
For me personally, the biggest benefit is better time management. I can identify where I'm spending too much time and adjust accordingly. It also helps with planning my day better and gives sense of structure, which improves overall productivity.

I find Hubstaff simple to use, and the reports and most features are pretty user-friendly. The screenshots and unusual activity alerts are valuable for verifying work and ensuring the team is actively engaged without making assumptions. Hubstaff's PTO management is simple across various policies. I appreciate the timeline feature for promoting healthy working habits among my team. Adding new employees and setting up PTO policies and reports is extremely easy.

**What do you dislike about Hubstaff?**

PTO policies are currently limited to start in January. It would be great if you could set them up to the person's start date as well. Also, when requesting, a lot of my employees have issues with understanding why their balance already looks like they have less since it automatically decreases the 8h the system assumes they're gonna request. It's a little misleading. Also, when editing/changing policies, it would be great of balances could be transferred from one policy to another without having to decrease and increase each person's balance between poliices manually

I like the time tracking and schedule setting features of Hubstaff. It allows me to see who is off or working, and shows their payment information. As an HR person in a remote environment with employees all over the globe, it's helpful to understand who works when and how productive they are. The time tracking feature lets us know work details, and employees can view their shift times and off days.

I don't like that there's a feature allowing employees to change or blur screenshots. This shouldn't be allowed as it can lead to employees misusing it. Also, it was a bit difficult to get everyone to use it initially.

I think we should have an option to modify the upper limit as per our availability. Hubstaff doesn't let me track more time if my upper limit is 50 hours a week and I go over that. I would like an option of Overtime watch, other than main projects, to keep a track of all the time worked over the base limits.

I appreciate that I can add anyone from anywhere in the world and see exactly what they're doing on the system, which helps me understand how I can make them more productive. It's a very convenient way to manage payments for both local and offshore employees. Additionally, the initial setup was very easy and not time-consuming at all.
