"Great time tracking software offering a lot of features"

What do you like best about Hubstaff?

It works really great compared to other tools out there

Support is fast and good

Integrations are ok

Regularly new features are being implemented

We are using it since many years for all of our contractors

What do you dislike about Hubstaff?

Pricing - recently the pricing was changed which wiped the discount we had which wasn't nice since we are a long time customer. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Hubstaff solving and how is that benefiting you?

Hubstaff allows us to efficiently monitor total time worked on projects and total time worked on tasks per team member. It also allows us to filter out whenever somebody has inefficient work periods or doing private things during work hours.

The features such as timesheets, screenshots, URL checking and many more are great.

What I do appreciate is that Hubstaff listens to it's customers and constantly tries to improve the tool further (which obviously comes at a cost however some are just add-ons) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Hubstaff?

If you ever need any service, they are by far the worst "Support" of any app I have ever used. Their little AI chatbot is useless, and the Support@hubstaff email people are somehow worse. Every time tracking app works fine, but when something goes wrong you want quick support. Hubstaff will cost you more time and money and efficiency if anything goes wrong. And things go wrong pretty easily sometimes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Hubstaff solving and how is that benefiting you?

It's only good for tracking time, that's it... It also tells you if the time tracked was productive work or non-productive. Problem is there are a lot of issues that can come up and when you need help, their support is the worst of any I have ever witnessed. Their AI agent is vexxing and their email-support staff seem to just know how to send links to FAQ pages instead of reading emails and addressing the issue. I guess I am used to a normal level of service, but Hubstaff support is very, very bad. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
