If you ever need any service, they are by far the worst "Support" of any app I have ever used. Their little AI chatbot is useless, and the Support@hubstaff email people are somehow worse. Every time tracking app works fine, but when something goes wrong you want quick support. Hubstaff will cost you more time and money and efficiency if anything goes wrong. It also tells you if the time tracked was productive work or non-productive. Problem is there are a lot of issues that can come up and when you need help, their support is the worst of any I have ever witnessed. Their AI agent is vexxing and their email-support staff seem to just know how to send links to FAQ pages instead of reading emails and addressing the issue.
