# No notifications by email when certain activity level by contractor is hit My biggest problem with Hubstaff is that it's not possible to customize settings when a certain activity level by a contractor is hit. It would be useful if I could receive notifications when there is a low activity or abnormally high activity (i.e over 90%). I had instances of 100% activity by one contractor when no screens changed for many minutes but keyboard activity was at 100%. Hubstaff couldn't explain why it happened and I wish I was alerted about this before I noticed this myself, months later after it first happened. With many contractors/employees to check I don't have physical ability to change all screenshots. Because no notifications are possible, I am looking at alternatives now. ##### Post Metadata
