The SOPs that are in WEBs are amazing. They are detailed and comprehensive but can still be tailored to your specific needs. It gives anyone (new or experienced) an outstanding foundation to either build from or incorporate into their existing business. So far, I can't find anything that I could describe as a dislike. I will say that the sheer number of SOPs can be overwhelming at first but that's until you focus on what you need versus trying to digest everything at once. Somewhat of an information overload when starting. Would rather be given a blank screen with one or two choices at most, and then walked through features one at a time. It's to easy to edit a template without meaning to and no way to get the templates back without contacting support. There needs to be a function that protects the template; ie, duplicates automatically rather than editing the template or a save as function. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It can literally save countless hours by not having to repeat the same instructions to each employee. It's also much better than a typical SOP because of the ability to set due dates and reminders. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
