They are detailed and comprehensive but can still be tailored to your specific needs. It gives anyone (new or experienced) an outstanding foundation to either build from or incorporate into their existing business. Bottomline, if you want something to help you with Workflow Management... this is it!!! **What do you dislike about Flowster?** So far, I can't find anything that I could describe as a dislike. I will say that the sheer number of SOPs can be overwhelming at first but that's until you focus on what you need versus trying to digest everything at once. The only other thing I would like to see is more SOPs that are specific for other marketplaces such as Shopify. **What problems is Flowster solving and how is that benefiting you?** Flowster, and WEBs specifically, helps you focus on what needs to be done within a specific part of your business at any given point by identifying exactly what you need to do and nothing more. It has written and video parts as well as a check-off to-do style function that makes it standardized for all who use it. ### 2. It was a challenge in itself to get users to steer away from google docs + loom videos for SOPS **Recommendations to others considering Flowster:** Dedicate some time to get this platform up and running! **What problems is Flowster solving and how is that benefiting you?** We have created a library of SOPs rather than loose google docs and slack communications to help with VA's and new team members. ### 3. It allows you to write a standard operating procedure (SOP) easily and sharing it company wide with just a click of a button. **What do you dislike about Flowster?** If I had to pick one thing I dislike, which is very minor, would be the 'BIG BUTTON' to execute/run your template. **Recommendations to others considering Flowster:** Try it...you will wonder how you ever lived with out this tool. **What problems is Flowster solving and how is that benefiting you?** Before Flowster, all my SOP would be saved in a word documents and sharing it would be copy and paste to each individual drive. When we want to make changes to current documents we had to inform our staff about the new updates. Not only this is an administrative nightmare, it also became very inefficient very fast. ### 6. Absolute game changer for my business! Customer service is fantastic, questions answered right away, what's not to like? Having to write SOP in general is not my strong suit, Flowster's SOP marketplace is so helpful. Lots of plug and play options available for purchase. Love that! **What do you dislike about Flowster?** Somewhat of an information overload when starting. Would rather be given a blank screen with one or two choices at most, and then walked through features one at a time. Hubspot, for example, does a great job of lowering the intimidation that comes from using any new software. **Recommendations to others considering Flowster:** Consider time needed to learn the software. If you go for the WEBs software it will help you greatly when setting up your SOPs. This gives you templates for specific tasks for all areas of the businesses. The support is amazing.
