**What do you like best about Flowster?**

Flowster is a great way to involve different team members - we liked having a system that kept all SOPs together and orderly.

**What do you dislike about Flowster?**

There is definitely a learning curve so it was a challenge to get all team members to fully get on board with it. It was a challenge in itself to get users to steer away from google docs + loom videos for SOPS

**Recommendations to others considering Flowster:**

Dedicate some time to get this platform up and running!

**What problems is Flowster solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have created a library of SOPs rather than loose google docs and slack communications to help with VA's and new team members.

**What do you like best about Flowster?**

very intuitive and easy to learn graphical interfaces, templates are easily adaptable to our workflow
Email reminders are the best way to keep the project going.
With the follow-up it has, it is very easy to see that each member is doing their part
Never miss a step in the process
no longer waste time rewriting repetitive tasks

**What do you dislike about Flowster?**

It only has the option of language in English

**Recommendations to others considering Flowster:**

Consider time needed to learn the software

**What problems is Flowster solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Workflow and information in our franchising project, not to lose sight of responsibilities of each member of this project
