"Flipcause: A Supportive Platform That Makes Nonprofit Work Easier"
What do you like best about Flipcause?

What I love most about Flipcause is that it feels like a true partner instead of just software. The platform simplifies fundraising, volunteer sign-ups, and donor communication, all the messy moving parts of nonprofit work, so we can stay focused on people, relationships, and real impact. What do you dislike about Flipcause?

There isn’t much I dislike, the platform does a lot for us. If anything, I wish certain features, like reporting and page customization, were a little more robust as our needs evolve. But overall, the support team helps us bridge those gaps when needed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Flipcause?

I love Flipcause especially for small non-profits with minimum staff. It totally integrates:

a) a customized website which is so easy to use and the FC staff does all the initial set-up using your existing site info, layout and graphics.

b) campaign management, including event registration, volunteers, peer-to-peer, donor appeals … and puts those campaign tools on the website.

c) donation processing: including tickets, sponsorships, even merchandise sales. Has a portable card reader. Donor has the option of paying the fee (which is less than PP) and they seem to 90% of the time.

d) donor management: I'm still learning this new feature, but it looks promising. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Flipcause?

The only thing FC doesn’t do (yet) is replace Constant Contact, so there is a bit of copy/paste and formatting the same information so a campaign has a streamlined look from emails, website, and campaign registration page.

Also, generating various reports could be more intuitive. Took me a while to figure things out...but the FC staff was very helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Flipcause?

I've been really happy with the level of service they provide. When I reach out with questions, or to ask my Concierge to assist with a project, they always respond quickly. Now that I have learned my way around the interface, it's pretty quick for me to set up a new campaign. It seems like interactions have been problem-free for our donors and registrants. And I love how easy it is for them to choose to cover our processing fees - the amount we've saved on that front means that Flipcause pretty much pays for itself! What do you dislike about Flipcause?

My main issue is that there's only so much flexibility and personalization allowed - in some cases, we've had to get creative to make the program serve our needs, and sometimes we have to add "instructions" so that our registrants understand how to go through the registration process. What do you like best about Flipcause?

Flipcause told us up front that they would get our processing fees below 1% on average due to their option to have donors cover the processing fee. In over a year working with Flipcause, our average fee is close to .8%! I wasn't sure it was possible when we started, but they were 100% accurate in their ability to save us money. What do you dislike about Flipcause?

I would like a quicker response time when we have website issues, but I understand that we are not the only customer and that their employees don't work 24/7. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Not only is Flipcause easy to use, their staff is phenomenal at responding, helping, and fixing whatever it is you could possibly think of. I love the fact that everything we could ever need for our non-profit is housed in the same place, instead of having to go to well over 4 different places to get what Flipcause offers. What do you dislike about Flipcause?

That updates are slower then I'd like? And not on them, they are growing leaps and bounds. I just get so excited about what they have coming up that I can't wait! What do you like best about Flipcause?

I love that I can just email what I need updated and then I simply get an email back stating that it is done. I have a lot to do at my job and I am not very good with the website issues and flip cause and the team makes it so easy for me! One less stress factor for me! What do you like best about Flipcause?

Simplifies fundraising campaigns and integration with website. Offers great flexibility to customize almost all aspects of campaigns. The new integrated CRM functionality is a great addition and makes donor management much easier than tracking offline or in a separate system. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Flipcause?

Currently lacks option to manage memberships, but it is on the road map. Setting up a campaign can be complicated with all of the options, but the FlipCause team is there to support you if you need them.

While they do have a mobile payment solution (like Square), it would be nice to Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Flipcause is really easy to use and has every feature we need for our NGO. The customer service is amazing. I never have to wait for an answer, they get right back to me. When I first started with Flipcause I really could not believe how great they were and I thought maybe it was because I was a new client. But they just keep getting better. What do you like best about Flipcause?

Ease of use and ease of contacting our concierge. This platform hosts our website, edits our site, receives money in credit card or other forms, keeps a donor database, provides analytics for website as well as campaigns, receipts and emails our donor base and a multitude of other tasks that I have not yet explored.
