**What do you like best about Flipcause?**

What I love most about Flipcause is that it feels like a true partner instead of just software. The platform simplifies fundraising, volunteer sign-ups, and donor communication, all the messy moving parts of nonprofit work, so we can stay focused on people, relationships, and real impact. It makes our work feel lighter and more supported.

**What do you dislike about Flipcause?**

There isn’t much I dislike, the platform does a lot for us. If anything, I wish certain features, like reporting and page customization, were a little more robust as our needs evolve. But overall, the support team helps us bridge those gaps when needed.

**What problems is Flipcause solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Flipcause takes a lot of the “busy work” off our plates. Instead of juggling spreadsheets, forms, and multiple software subscriptions, we have one home for donations, event registration, volunteer interest, and communication. That means more time and energy goes toward serving families instead of managing tools, and that matters.

**What do you like best about Flipcause?**

I liked that Flipcause was easy for running sponsorship campaigns and processing large payment amounts. The system was a little bit old and needed refinement but it did the job.

**What do you dislike about Flipcause?**

The largest issue with Flipcause was the amount of time it took for money to transfer into our bank account. We would have an event, have a large amount pending, and have to wait between 1-2 months for the money to come through.

**What problems is Flipcause solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Flipcause was helping us solve our sponsorship processing issue. They were able to handle processing larger amounts that some other platforms could not.

That they withheld and stole our money that we worked so hard to raise. They embezzled money that donors trusted us with

They are not solving any problems, they are creating problems by withholding our funds.

**What do you like best about Flipcause?**

I love Flipcause especially for small non-profits with minimum staff. It totally integrates:
a) a customized website which is so easy to use and the FC staff does all the initial set-up using your existing site info, layout and graphics.
b) campaign management, including event registration, volunteers, peer-to-peer, donor appeals … and puts those campaign tools on the website.
c) donation processing: including tickets, sponsorships, even merchandise sales. Has a portable card reader. Donor has the option of paying the fee (which is less than PP) and they seem to 90% of the time.
d) donor management: I'm still learning this new feature, but it looks promising. 

**What do you dislike about Flipcause?**

The only thing FC doesn’t do (yet) is replace Constant Contact, so there is a bit of copy/paste and formatting the same information so a campaign has a streamlined look from emails, website, and campaign registration page.
Also, generating various reports could be more intuitive. Took me a while to figure things out...but the FC staff was very helpful.

**Recommendations to others considering Flipcause:**

Perfect for small to medium non-profits.

**What problems is Flipcause solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Eliminated Eventbright, Donor Snap, Paypal/Square, WordPress, .. and put all of this into one place. Much easier to use, saving me time and frustration. And less expensive when all fees are considered.

**What do you like best about Flipcause?**

I've been really happy with the level of service they provide. When I reach out with questions, or to ask my Concierge to assist with a project, they always respond quickly. Now that I have learned my way around the interface, it's pretty quick for me to set up a new campaign. It seems like interactions have been problem-free for our donors and registrants. And I love how easy it is for them to choose to cover our processing fees - the amount we've saved on that front means that Flipcause pretty much pays for itself!

**What do you dislike about Flipcause?**

My main issue is that there's only so much flexibility and personalization allowed - in some cases, we've had to get creative to make the program serve our needs, and sometimes we have to add "instructions" so that our registrants understand how to go through the registration process.

The costs are quite reasonable, compared to other products out there. 

**What problems is Flipcause solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's great to have all our financial transactions in one location. We've saved a lot of money on processing fees. Setting up registrations for our classes and events has become easier. And as we grow, the way we use Flipcause is very scalable - we've only just begun to tap its potential.

**What do you like best about Flipcause?**

Flipcause told us up front that they would get our processing fees below 1% on average due to their option to have donors cover the processing fee. In over a year working with Flipcause, our average fee is close to .8%! I wasn't sure it was possible when we started, but they were 100% accurate in their ability to save us money. 

**What do you dislike about Flipcause?**

I would like a quicker response time when we have website issues, but I understand that we are not the only customer and that their employees don't work 24/7.

**Recommendations to others considering Flipcause:**

Look at your processing fees, and see how much you could save if your percent was lower.
Look at how much time or money you spend to have someone design a webpage or event page. You most likely could do that yourself in less time with Flipcause.

**What problems is Flipcause solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Other than the savings on the processing fees, we get a lot of use out of the website builder platform. We haven't used their team to develop much, but we love being able to go into the website and create new pages and menus whenever we like. 
We also love the crowd funding and event planning options. We have a good number of people that create profiles and share them on social media to raise money for our programs. It is a one stop shop for any fundraising that we are planning.

**What do you like best about Flipcause?**

Not only is Flipcause easy to use, their staff is phenomenal at responding, helping, and fixing whatever it is you could possibly think of. I love the fact that everything we could ever need for our non-profit is housed in the same place, instead of having to go to well over 4 different places to get what Flipcause offers.

**What do you dislike about Flipcause?**

That updates are slower then I'd like? And not on them, they are growing leaps and bounds. I just get so excited about what they have coming up that I can't wait! When they send out the 'what's coming up soon' email, I can't wait to see how quickly it happens!

**Recommendations to others considering Flipcause:**

Do it. This is the best product for not only the price, but the level of support and the 1.5% rate guarantee - unmatched. We've used flipcause for over a year and a half, and in that time, we have had TWO people NOT cover their own fees.... So yes, Flipcause has not only saved us money, but been a powerhouse for us to streamline everything about our Non-profit. No more bouncing between different programs or apps to get an event or website off the ground. They have everything that you could ever need in one amazing box!

We don't have to use multiple platforms or types of software to accomplish what we're trying to do. Also, the price-match is unheard of, and has saved our little non-profit TONS. THAT is a game-changer for us!

**What do you like best about Flipcause?**

I love that I can just email  what I need updated and then I simply get an email back stating that it is done. I have a lot to do at my job and I am not very good with the website issues and flip cause and the team makes it so easy for me! One less stress factor for me!

I do not think there is anything that I have found that I do not like or that could be fixed.

It is great for time management, makes your job so much easier, keeps your website updated hourly if needed, daily, weekly and so friendly.  I never feel stupid or dumb for asking questions or needing help. Super friendly staff.

We are having no business problems. The benefits are outstanding. They help me with time management and my team thinks the website is great and always up to date even though all I do is email the team and its done!

**What do you like best about Flipcause?**

Simplifies fundraising campaigns and integration with website. Offers great flexibility to customize almost all aspects of campaigns. The new integrated CRM functionality is a great addition and makes donor management much easier than tracking offline or in a separate system.

**What do you dislike about Flipcause?**

Currently lacks option to manage memberships, but it is on the road map. Setting up a campaign can be complicated with all of the options, but the FlipCause team is there to support you if you need them.
While they do have a mobile payment solution (like Square), it would be nice to

Donor management. We were using a spreadsheet to track donations via different sources (checks, Square, Paypal, etc.) and keeping accurate records was daunting, especially for small one-off transactions. FlipCause allows us to centralize and manage donations and use that transaction data to better understand our donors and create better relationships.

Flipcause is really easy to use and has every feature we need for our NGO.  The customer service is amazing.  I never have to wait for an answer, they get right back to me. When I first started with Flipcause I really could not believe how great they were and I thought maybe it was because I was a new client. But they just keep getting better.  

**What do you dislike about Flipcause?**

Nothing, I love everything about Flipcause.  I can't even think of anything that I dislike about Flipcause.

Try it, you will be amazed how easy it is and how good the customer service is.

We are using the CRM that is in BETA, LOVE it.
We receive donations via Flipcause, super easy.
Our website was moved over from Wordpress to Flipcause and is so easy to maintain and make changes.

Ease of use and ease of contacting our concierge.  This platform hosts our website, edits our site, receives money in credit card or other forms, keeps a donor database, provides analytics for website as well as campaigns, receipts and emails our donor base and a multitude of other tasks that I have not yet explored. 

**What do you dislike about Flipcause?**

Communication sometimes takes days if we are trying to tweak an issue on the website.  We often have to go back and forth with emails to get it right.

Know what you want in your website and keep your campaigns current.

I love that Flipcause can help as much or as little as you need them to!  They are very quick to respond to questions and issues.  Our organization is very happy to have found them.

**What do you dislike about Flipcause?**

So far, there isn't too much that I dislike about Flipcause.  There have been a few snafus with changing some administrators on our account but it wasn't anything that prevented us from utilizing the services provided.

For the price, it's a great way to get your small business or non-profit staying current with the latest tools.

We are getting the benefits of a having a group of support people behind us to help our small non-profit and we're able to appeal to a larger audience because of it.

**What do you like best about Flipcause?**

I like the fact that people can donate directly through Flipcause and it can be integrated into my website. It makes donations easy to keep track of and I can make different campaigns for different fundraisers.We also have the website management, where Flipcause transferred our old website onto a Weebly platform. Either I can update or change the website or I can give Flipcause instructions on what I would like and they get it done within 24 hours. You also have an assigned team that you work with, therefore you get individual attention and people who know and understand your business. 

**What do you dislike about Flipcause?**

We are in the CRM beta portion. The ability to customize reports is virtually non-existant. Our contacts did not group together like the were in FileMaker Pro. You cannot pull reports with certain credentials, it has to be all or nothing. I understand it is in BETA stage, but the changes seem pretty stagnant at this point.

**Recommendations to others considering Flipcause:**

Make sure you create a relationship with your team. I feel like I am always contacting them, but they do get the job done.

Easier management of donations and campaigns. The all-over benefits we have realized is how easy it is to create fundraising ideas, create a campaign through them, and collect donations right through the webite.

Highly recommend this to any nonprofit organization and in fact have recommended it to a few and they love it as much as I do.

We are a small nonprofit and Flipcause has allowed us to fundraise for our general fund, programs, education funds, and for individual schools. They set up individual fundraisers for us and with a staff of two, this has been a tremendous help! We needed a platform that would allow us to personalize fundraisers for schools and for our nonprofit.

I love that Flipcause is so user friendly and has all of the features I need, but not too many to make it confusing. I also love the customer service - if I can't figure something out I just call or email and I have a friendly rep to help me out!

Overall there is nothing that we have found that we dislike yet.

I think this is a great cost-effective solution, I've only just begun to use all of the features and am excited to fully utilize the CRM and additional features that continue to come out. I have already recommend this to colleagues at other organizations as a great solution and will continue to do so!

Clean looking, easy to use online donation platform. We have also used it for ticket sales and have just started using the CRM.

**What do you like best about Flipcause?**

Simply Plug& Play onto your website; solid mobile experience; intuitive; reliable*

* During a recent fundraiser, we leveraged our legacy relationship with PayPal to collect real-time donations with their mobile iPhone apps.   In the middle of this once-a-year in person event - PayPal began rejecting all transactions and notifying users that their cards were declined.   Needless to say, this significantly impacted our ability to raise funds during the event.   Fortunately, we were able to leverage the mobile Flipcause campaign page as a backup and re-coup some of those donation opportunities.  PayPal has yet to acknowledge their error - next year we will be looking to transition fully to Flipcause.  

**What do you dislike about Flipcause?**

Smaller operation, so some preferred features are a little slower to develop ... but I trust they are more nimble and responsive than PayPal or other larger vendors.

What I like best is the on boarding program, not only did a design agent help kick off and migrate our site but they also trained us on how to be most effective with our programs. 

**What do you dislike about Flipcause?**

There is not much that I can say that I find undesirable.

I would recommend Flipcause to everyone I know.   I wish that this was available for my personal for profit business as well.  This has helped us represent the professionalism and accountability we represent with our organization.

We use it mostly for keeping track of our donors and donations. On occasion we use their services for web pages.  

**What do you dislike about Flipcause?**

I wish there was a way to have volunteers check in for recurring volunteering. We have several regular weekly and monthly volunteers. It would be nice for them to be able to register once and have their info saved and have a way to make tracking those regular volunteer hours easier.

We really like being able to keep track of who is donating and how much each campaign is earning.

Everything I need is in one place. And their customer service has been top-notch and fast!

**What do you dislike about Flipcause?**

Some of the actions may not flow how I flow, but after a few times using, I can figure it out. I wish there was a way to connect with your email to track donor communication more streamlined within the CRM.

Take some time and do a free trial - and see how this would benefit your organization. It has streamlined my time and given our donors a more user-friendly place to interact with us. Additionally - Flipcause's customer service is outstanding!

Until recently, there was no email component, but that has now been added. Can't think of anything else.

Flipcause has more to offer than others I have explored with the full website, IT team and email abilities. Go for it!

Spending less time trying to do it all myself and trying to do things I am simply not good at (tech). The fundraising aspect is wonderful!

Our website looks amazing, and is now so easy to update.

We're still waiting for text-to-give.  This would be an important addition to our fundraising options.

Try the free trial.  It was the quality of the website that convinced us to stay.

Now we can use the same platform for on-line giving and events.  This has helped us better track donors, and saved us money on fees for other platforms.

**What do you like best about Flipcause?**

My questions are quickly answered and new information about giving programs is provided even when I do not ask for it.  It is built on a simple platform from Weebly that non-IT guys (like me) can use. Finally, I have tried a few other providers for our web site and Flipcause is better than the other two I tried.

**What do you dislike about Flipcause?**

Much of the information in getting donations is based on our knowledge and we are novices.

**Recommendations to others considering Flipcause:**

I tried Corporate Ranking and the process was time consuming an expensive for our small organization.

We are trying to attract funds for our brain research that currently is mainly about child abuse with an animal model.

I like the ability of being able to integrate into my website or use the hosted version. Makes for a seamless flow.

Lacks ability for text to Donate. Would like the ability to pass parameters to Flipcause so that it could prefill a form.

**What problems is Flipcause solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Has definitely streamlined collections for credit cards. We use peer-to-peer to track donations by volunteer. Having multiple campaigns makes it to track how each of our programs are doing.

Flipcause has an excellent combination of features and easy-to-access customer service, all for an solid value.

The interface is not always particularly intuitive. Thankfully, it's always pretty easy to get help/answers.

Rather than having half a dozen different tools to handle donations, CRM, volunteers, events, etc, Flipcause brings it all together in one connected platform. And their fee structure as a donor platform is among the best you'll find.

For Non-profits, they have a reasonable yearly cost. Since we don't have any employees, it is much easier to rely on an expert team to update our website and all the features they provide.

<p>We have a website that stays current. We have a contact list. We can create campaigns, and events. We can accept donations. And in the near future we want to explore the Online Store feature. Team Phoenix responds within 24 hours and updates everything we ask for!</p>

I like how flexible their reporting system is to use.  You can tweak any report to give you the information that you need.  The reports are generated super fast and the emails that they send to tell you the status of the reports is extremely helpful as well.

I can truly say that the only dislike we have had so far is very minimal.  When the reports come in they are CSV and not XLS, so it's not as if it's even a big deal.

for both us and people making a donation.

Nothing comes to mind.  There used to be shopping associated with this but it has been discontinued.

**What do you like best about Flipcause?**

I love the low price for the powerful product. I have worked with other nonprofits in the past that use large-scale products such as DonorPerfect, but when we launched our nonprofit, which is quite small, all of those products were out of our budget by far. When we found Flipcause, it gave us so many of the same tools within our small budget, making us able to compete in the donor-funded market.

**What do you dislike about Flipcause?**

Their website building service which is included and sounded like a large perk on signup was too limited in their capabilities that we chose not to use that part of the product, and instead stayed with our current web building platform.

**Recommendations to others considering Flipcause:**

I have done trials with other products, and used some very good/expensive products in the past. For a small nonprofit, Flipcause is the best I have found so far.

**What problems is Flipcause solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use flipcause as our primary fundraising platform. The biggest benefit is the ability to utilize peer-to-peer fundraising on social media, while also being able to integrate the same system into our website.

**What do you like best about Flipcause?**

The platform is robust but if I had to choose what I like best, I'd have to say -- their custom service! In the beginning we utilized our Success Manager so much! Now we contact him just when we need help, but he's always there for us which is so nice! I don't know any other platform - at this price point - where you get a designated person to help you succeed! We are so happy to be working with such a proactive & responsive organization!!!

It might be a bit much to ask but it would be incredible if the Flipcause platform also could be used as our donor database. Right now we export all of our Flipcause reports to Donor Tools, which works well but in a perfect world it would be all be in one!

If you are looking for a reasonably priced, integrated approach to your fundraising and website, we highly recommend Flipcause! Their customer service is so personal you feel like you have more people on your team - as a small non-profit that was invaluable to us! We are so happy to be working with such a proactive & responsive organization!!!

So many - website modernization, enhanced donation options like recurring, shopping, LOVE the floating SUPPORT button, peer-to-peer fundraising, ticket sales straight from our site, easy to use website interface, data collection. And we are discovering new ways to get the most out of the platform everyday!

There are always other ways of getting any job done-you have to look at the total picture to see if everything balances out. We're still in the eval phase.

Take a look-not every vendor is going to fit every situation.

We need to be able to track donors, do raffles, manage auctions, do various other fundraisers and track their success-and we have been doing it on a piece meal basis. Flipcause allows us to consolidate all of this in one place.
