
I use the “conversational keywords” search the most! Additionally, I love our customer success manager. We meet with her bi-weekly and she helps us solve any issues as well as keeping us updated with all the new BrightEdge updates. Plus I just like her personally. Very robust platform that has a pretty significant learning curve to get the most out of. I feel like there’s not enough time in the day to get the most out of the tool! But that’s a personal problem - not a flaw of bright edge. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
