What do you like best about Amelia?

I loved how Amelia enabled us to build and integrate a fully integrated bot capable of understanding multiple natural languages ​​in a very short time. I liked how easy it is to implement and easily integrate with any application interface. What's great is that Amelia is extremely easy to integrate, has a great interface, and has pre-made templates that make setup simple. I love how Amelia bots make our customers happy. When they enter any phrase (true or false), Amelia can easily parse and understand it. What do you like best about Amelia?

I have been using Amelia for almost 3years as an end user agent. What I love is how reliable and smooth its interface id. We rely on it as a team to track and receive chats. The logs that you can get is awesome. It captures realtime logs of everything happening with a conversation be it with a agent or itself. I love reading data and the insights that you can get is great. Plus it is a great tool for chat if you are an agent. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
